The following variants are available: KolorFox® CPS for boiled sausage products, dry sausage products, liver sausage, fish, sweets, meat salads and yoghurt also gives the item a much more consistent red colour, and is heat-stable too. KolorFox® C for boiled sausage products, dried sausage products, liver sausage, sweets, meat salads and yoghurt gives a heat-stable red colour.

Because we use our own extrusion lines we are in a position to produce polystyrene sheets in a maximum width of 1200 mm and theoretically in an infinite length in high-gloss decorative finishes, timber designs or metal decors. The thickness of the sheets can be selected within the range 0.8 mm - 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments. All the decorative sheets are film-protected and can be corona-treated on the reverse. The corona coating serves as a bonding agent to facilitate pressure-bonding of the decorative sheets.

Apply OKS 352 with a brush, drip oiler or by immersion or using a suitable automatic lubrication system to locations to be lubricated. Spray OKS 3521 on evenly. Allow excess to drip off and wait for lubricant to penetrate before resuming operation. Observe the machine manufacturer's instructions. Assess the lubrication frequency and quantity on basis of service conditions

GESIPA® blind rivets are also available in colour to match the application. To guarantee the best possible durability the hollow rivets are painted using a two-component epoxy resin paint in a stow enamelling process. In addition to the visual benefi ts, the painted blind rivet also has added protection against corrosion. Aluminium blind rivets are best suited for this procedure. In the long-term they achieve the desired visual effect when joining coloured parts. GESIPA® blind rivets are available in the standard RAL colours. On request, steel blind rivets are also available in RAL colours or even special colours. Another method for colouring blind rivets and for protecting them against corrosion is to anodize them. The Eloxal method is more complex but is the most durable process for coloured blind rivets.
