MACK current collector trolleys are used in moving current consumers, such as cranes, suspended rail systems, or high rack vehicle systems. What are you considering? Of course, we can also produce any special type that you require, for example fast-running versions or double-current collector trolleys.

CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

Bürkle’s mercury collector enables the easy collection of spilt mercury, which can then be used again. The mercury collector is composed of a tub with a screw cap lid that has a special plastic foam inserted. On pressing this foam gently on the spilt mercury, the foam’s pores are opened and the mercury globules are absorbed. The cap is then screwed on the tub, the globules are released again and fall through the perforated separation into the tub.

Stripping, smoothing, polishing, grinding: Good contact is essential for optimum transmission. We offer our customers lots of helpful material here. Our pumice rods help you to adjust the run surface of the carbon brushes exactly to the radius of the contact surface, and to produce the required degree of roughness. In this way optimum conditions for the best run results can be created right from the beginning. Condensed liquids can be collected safely and reliably using the 7K condensate collector. It is supplied as standard with female G-thread.

Operating principle The AGGLOControl scrubber does an excellent job separating the smallest particles and aerosols. This dust collector is suitable for removing fine particles down to grain sizes of less than 3 μm. This makes the AGGLO scrubber from WesselUmwelttechnik predestined for use in various industrial contexts. Exhaust gases and exhaust air of various types are filtered efficiently and, above all, costeffectively, and raw gas is freed from dust. Clean gas is released into the atmosphere that has been purified of over 95 % of particles from 1 μm in size. With the AGGLOControl scrubber, the higher the dust density, the more efficient the separation of the contaminants. In many incineration and industrial plants in various industries as well as in the municipal sector, dust emissions are produced during production processes. These emissions must be purified before they are released into the atmosphere. The dusts can be sticky, greasy, wet, dry or combustible and have different particle sizes. In general, they are between 0,1 and 1000 μm in size. Dust collection systems physically filter these dusts out of the exhaust air. WesselUmwelttechnik specialises in various methods of exhaust air cleaning, including industrial dust collector systems, to safely comply with legal requirements, e.g. the German TA Luft. In addition to dry filtering, the product range includes wet separators. This way, even humid and hot exhaust air as well as agglomerating dusts can be treated by the Wessel systems. The various exhaust air purification technologies allow the use of dust collecting systems in a wide variety of industries.

HELIO®Clean 3 is a combined conveying-/ mixing-/ and dedusting device for virgin material and regrind. The dust is removed through a 3-stage dedusting system with ionisized air. The compact design makes it ideal for mounting on the feed zone of the processing machine or on a drying container. Available in 1- or 2-component version, filling is carried out by the integrated compressed air conveying technology with Venturi suction lance(s). Dedusting capacity up to 25 kg/h. Quality: Dust in granules causes lowered mechanical properties of technical plastic resins, leads to problems with surface finish in case of transparent parts, to high rate of rejects basing on smudges or white/black dots in transparent injection moulding parts like for example optical lenses of PC and PMMA. Professional cleaning of resins brings the quality to the original state again and optically perfect parts can be produced.

Individually adapted cuffs that match commercially available fittings and welded cuffs allow for easy installation and reduce assembly time. The solar hose made by FRÄNKISCHE INDUSTRIAL PIPES is ideal for solar water heating (from 24°C to 30°C). The hose is made of high-quality PE and is durably resistant against saltwater, chlorine, UV radiation and therefore best suited for solar service water heating. Due to pre-molded couplings, it can be split individually and even installed in already existing filter cycles.

The Modellrange ECONOMIC is made of durable sheet steel. It comes with adjustable media consumption, a blast media collection bin and a sieve to separate blast media from contaminations.
