With a wide activation temperatur range it can be used also on materials like PET. Futhermore, the formulation creates and adhesive film which has a high hot tack. Due to this it is easier to achieve great bonds and to print at higher speeds. It shows good adhesion on many materials, which makes it a great adhesive to skip cleaning the coating equipment. It can be used well with toner-based prints. This adhesive is great for heat transfer printing onto cosmetic packaging as well as promotional like pens. It shows good resistance against water. Furthermore, the particles in this dispersion are fine dispersed and result in even and repeatable results.

An affordable alternative to small character inkjet technologies, it cleanly marks alphanumeric text, date and time codes, serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes and graphics.

Coating colour recycling at paper and cardboard industries During the production of coated paper, it has to be cleaned with water and so, waste water results with pigments of the coating color. Because of their properties, exisiting precipitation plants are working hard on these types of waste waters. Alternatively to precipitation plants, membrane filtration technologies can be used to recover these high-value coating pigments. For that, the water with coating color pigments is circulated through the membrane plant until the required concentration is reached. The permeate is free of particles the CSB value is reduced significantly. It can know be handled by the precipitation plant, which is relief by the removing of the pigments. The concentrate with coating color pigments will be recirculated into the production process. Growing demand for recovered paper We are stepping up the use of recycled paper and rapidly expanding our range. One focus is on coated papers, which are of particular interest due to their wide range of applications and the increasing demand from label users. HERMAcoat Recycling (236), for example, consists of 100 percent post-consumer recycling material (PCR), i.e. the waste paper from private households.

Profiles for the furniture industry, mainly made from ABS, PS, PVC etc. , attractively embossed with decorative hot stamping foil. Available in one colour, varnished or coated in paper foil. Processing involves cutting to the dimensions required. Accessories / adapters for furniture feet available in several designs.
