The telescopic systems consist of anodized aluminum guide rails and a gliding block made of the proven iglidur material. By the incompounded solid lubricants, iglidur tribopolymers enable dry operation in every application. The advantage - besides being maintenance-free - is the carefree use in clean hygienic environments. No oil or fat can be transmitted to other products, clothing or people. Applications even in cleanroom air showers were already implemented. But the dry operation also has advantages in the dirt accumulation area. Dirt particles do not stick to the guide and do not become a sticky mass. As an option, all telescopic guides can be delivered with a detent in start-medium-end position. Single-use wet wipes are being employed increasingly frequently for everyday use. We manufacture all types of wet wipes, whether for everyday use or for special applications We developed the wet wipe in a sachet as long ago as 1960. Since 1979, we have produced moist lens cleaning wipes – as the first in this field. At present, we have the most efficient packaging machines for the production of individually packaged wet wipes. Our high-performance machines reach capacities of more than one million units per day. Based on our over 50 years of experience in the manufacture of wet wipes, we have access to an almost unlimited variety of film qualities, sachet formats, cloth qualities, filler products and appropriate secondary packagings.

We have a well-stocked warehouse with wire-cloth from our own production in all common materials enabling us to respond quickly to our customers needs. Individual specifications can be specially produced on request.

When containers are shipped and stored, they are often exposed to extreme climatic conditions. Especially on the high seas, there are very strong temperature fluctuations. This causes condensation ("container rain") to form inside the container, which can damage your goods. To prevent this, we use special desiccant chains that reduce the humidity in the container and thus protect the goods from damage, mold and corrosion. Universal application possibilities Costeffective The operating principle of our container desiccant is based on a mix of calcium chloride (CaCl2) and starch. This mix of materials binds the resulting moisture and prevents it from being released again thanks to the leakproof nonwoven fabric.
