The innovative PurWipe® N2 cleanroom nonwoven wipe consists of a polyester-polyamide-microfiber material. The ultrafine microfibers ensure good fluid absorbency as well as a high cleaning ability and optimal removal of tiny particles on all types of surfaces. Thanks to its superior tear resistance and fully synthetic material, the N2 wipe is ideally suited for a broad range of applications. The special design allows the discarding of used mops at the back and therefore ensures a higher safety against cross-contamination. The unique ERGO mop wetting unit guarantees reproducible, disinfectant-saving liquid dosing in just one step and can be adapted to different fluid requirements thanks to various mop plates. The new mop discarding mechanism ensures a touchless and safe discarding of used mops. High-pressure cleaning and surface preparation with water requires precise management of the water jet. This precise management is necessary to ensure that the required result (e.g. surface finish) is achieved within a reasonable time. The method must be safe and fatigue free. With this in mind, we offer a specially designed and manufactured range of high pressure guns with electrical or mechanical control. The exceptional ergonomics of these tools have been achieved through innovative detail solutions: For example, our high-pressure guns are equipped with a special swivel handle that transmits any torque to the wrist. In addition, the hose connection can be swivelled in all directions, allowing optimum hose routing for all working situations. Our range of high pressure guns is complemented by various versions of foot valves, rotating gun lances, rotating nozzles and other accessories for a wide variety of applications, such as pipe cleaning.

Complex cleaning equipment with a low space requirement. Chamber pretreatment Chamber pretreatment plants are the best choice whenever little space is to be taken up. In this way complex cleaning plants can be realised in a very compact installation space. In order to cover the complete outer contour of the components as far as possible, either the components or the nozzle holders oscillate during the process. A special version is the single-chamber pretreatment unit. In this case different programmes are successively executed in a single chamber, wherein the media are fed to separate tanks following each process.

For the abandonment of Offshore structures special legal requirements apply. Tubes have to be deconstructed under the seabed. This requires special technologies. Our Downhole Cutting Heads (DCHs) can be inserted into tubes and casings over an umbilical from the working platform. Arriving at the destination they clamp in the tubes and perform a 360 degrees cut which severs the tube underneath the seabed. The DCH is pulled out and afterwards the pulling of the tube is possible. Cuttings can be performed up to 150 m (500 ft) deep and pipe sizes between 7” and 72” diameter, whereby the wall thickness can be up to 20” thick. For every requirement we offer the appropriate DCH. By extensions nearly every kind of pipe/tubing/casing can be cut.

Properties: SYSTEM-CLEANER is a cleaning concentrate which has been specially developed to eliminate organic and inorganic dirt like mucus, residual medication and incrustations in drinking water systems for poultry, pigs and bovines. Application: SYSTEM-CLEANER is particularly suitable for the cleaning of pipe systems, containers, tanks and drinking systems for the animals. Rinse thoroughly with water after use. overall cleaning :2-5 % for 6-12 hours

Every brush has water pipe inside the brush so that in use with the Dina or Nova Cleaning Gun there is a continuous water & air flow circulating through the brush. The brushes are made out of Nylon and the thread is made of stainless steel. It is possible to dissemble the brushes by hand and sterilize them.
