Immersion Pumps are plain centrifugal pumps with the impeller fitted on the driving shaft extension. They are mounted on top of the container, the pump extension being immersed in the coolant. The maximum coolant level must stay a few mm/inches below the mounting flange. The STA serie offers a (SAE) flange with pressure gauge connection port. The flange can be rotated for either horizontal or vertical pipe connections. Volumetric delivery: up to 5000 l/min Delivery head: up to 120 m Please contact us for delivery quantity

Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are used as a modified version as submersible pumps for emptying drums and containers. For example, chemicals such as liquid sulphur are pumped at temperatures up to 150 °C. The series is well suited to transfer low-viscosity media at relatively high pressures. — For viscosities up to 1.000.000 mPas — Temperatures up to 500 °C as special version — Differential pressures up to 120 bar — Suction pressures from vacuum to 15 bar Submersible suspension pumps are designed in such a way that the pumps are submerged in the container with the medium and the medium is sucked in via the flangeless suction side. The medium then enters the process from the tank via a pipe from the discharge side. Submersible suspension pumps are often made of special or stainless steels. A special feature of these pumps, as a rule no additional seals are required on the pump. Only the tank is sealed towards the atmosphere.

We bring our success, our wealth of experience and our know-how to the chemical industry. The requirement to pump viscous and sticky substances out of a vacuum is no easy task. However, our CHEM design easily meets this requirement. The requirements for dosing and transfer pumps as well as for distillate pumps in the CBD segment, for example, also match our CHEM design so that you get a pump solution for your entire distillation process with just one pump. More than 600 pumps of this design are running reliably in a wide range of cannabis applications at a number of our US customers. This robust and reliable pump series is used worldwide in demanding processes in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
