The purchase of Aluminium alloy billet is an option available to our customers from our on-site Cast house. The billets are cast by conventional direct chill semi-continuous casting using float-dip tube technology. The subsequent homogenisation takes place in one of our two homogenising ovens. We are able to offer short lead times for machined billet in smaller quantities than would otherwise be available. With the wide range of alloys and dimensions we can offer, we will surely find a solution for you.

The Freek heat transfer nozzle heating system especially addresses manufacturers and users who operated their hotrunner nozzles with cast-in heaters in the past and would like to stick to their engineering know-how without paying the high price of this former heater design. The standard material of our Freek heat transfer nozzle heater alternative is brass, with or without coating, preferably with a slit. The slit allows the assembly of an external bendable thermocouple and facilitates the disassembly, e.g. in case of a revision and can be coiled over. This is not possible at competitor's nozzle heater solutions. Freek's tight coiling at the heater's ends provides a maximum possible power concentration (patented).

To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

Electrical heat tracing systems are used in all industrial sectors in order to heat up products in pipelines and vessels to maintain temperatures or to avoid freezing of the product. This type of heating offers several advantages It is highly flexible and adaptable to fulfil the specific customer requirements and ensures the effective and economic utilization of the input energy. The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

The energy market called for technical solutions contributing to a mains stabilization and benefiting from the potential of favourable energy prices at the same time. The warm water boilers can be delivered in a power range from 35 kW up to 1.2 MW whereas the hot water boilers are available with a capacity of max. 10 MW. By means of parallel or series connection of several systems the power range can be extended optionally. The functional principle of warm and hot water boilers relies on the direct heating of flowing water via numerous resistance heating elements. For control purposes, they are summarized in groups which are either switched in steps or triggered infinitely variable via a thyristor power controller.

Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. As an alternative to other energy types in new buildings or when converting central heating units, these boilers offer a universal range of applications radiator heating, floor heating, mixed systems or bivalent operation with other energy types. Depending on the relevant operating conditions of the energy supplier, the boilers are used for direct or storage heating by utilising free electric power during off peak times.

The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

ASP’s "Forging – stamping" covers use fabrics coated on one or two sides (aramid based). This specific coating provides mechanical and thermal advantages that are needed for these processes (resistance to molten metal splashes, M1 fire protection class, high tear resistance, etc.). The compact single column vertical lathe (swing diameters of 1,400 to 2,800 mm) is appropriate not only for turning, but, with additional units, can also be used for drilling, milling and grinding. It means that it is possible, in a single clamping, to carry out a full machining operation on the CONTUMAT VCE and not simply turning. The rigid cast construction on this lathe ensures low vibration and accurate cutting; hydrostatic guide rails damp vibrations even further. The vertical lathes of the TVU product line of Berthiez are especially suited for machining engine and turbine components, which are primarily used in the aerospace industry as well as for alternative and classical power generation. The TVU vertical lathes are characterized by a complete cast design, highprecision static and dynamic positioning as well as longlasting reliability. Advantages of the TVU vertical turning lathes are, completely cast iron construction, high static and dynamic axis stability, high accuracies and long term reliability.
