The purchase of Aluminium alloy billet is an option available to our customers from our on-site Cast house. The billets are cast by conventional direct chill semi-continuous casting using float-dip tube technology. The subsequent homogenisation takes place in one of our two homogenising ovens. We are able to offer short lead times for machined billet in smaller quantities than would otherwise be available. With the wide range of alloys and dimensions we can offer, we will surely find a solution for you.

The Freek heat transfer nozzle heating system especially addresses manufacturers and users who operated their hotrunner nozzles with cast-in heaters in the past and would like to stick to their engineering know-how without paying the high price of this former heater design. The standard material of our Freek heat transfer nozzle heater alternative is brass, with or without coating, preferably with a slit. The slit allows the assembly of an external bendable thermocouple and facilitates the disassembly, e.g. in case of a revision and can be coiled over. This is not possible at competitor's nozzle heater solutions. Freek's tight coiling at the heater's ends provides a maximum possible power concentration (patented).

To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

Electrical heat tracing systems are used in all industrial sectors in order to heat up products in pipelines and vessels to maintain temperatures or to avoid freezing of the product. This type of heating offers several advantages It is highly flexible and adaptable to fulfil the specific customer requirements and ensures the effective and economic utilization of the input energy. The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. As an alternative to other energy types in new buildings or when converting central heating units, these boilers offer a universal range of applications radiator heating, floor heating, mixed systems or bivalent operation with other energy types. Depending on the relevant operating conditions of the energy supplier, the boilers are used for direct or storage heating by utilising free electric power during off peak times.

Blickle cast iron wheels are made from robust grey cast iron with a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. They are extremely wear-resistant and provide very little rolling and swivel resistance. Cast iron wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. However, they should always be sufficiently lubricated using the grease nipple, particularly when using the plain bore version. Due to the relatively high level of floor pressure, care must be taken when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces. The silver coating on the wheels can change colour at high temperatures, but this does not affect the corrosion protection provided by the coating. Standard cast iron wheels are designed for use in temperatures of up to 120°C.

The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.
