Drivers park their car on a pallet in a cabin. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The door of the cabin closes and the car is transported downwards by lift. From there the car standing on the pallet is brought to a free parking space via roller conveyors. The pallet based parking system RESPACE is characterized by a very compact design. From the lift the pallets with the vehicles are moved directly to adjacent parking spaces. Car parking and removal follows according the puzzle principle. The car park has 60 parking spaces and is used as a hotel car parking, but also available to the public.

Palletless automated car parking system CUBILE Palletless technology The palletless fully automated car parking system CUBILE is a perfect solution for creating from 50 to over 1000 parking spaces. As no pallets are used for transporting cars, the system is very fast and efficient. Drivers park their car at ground level in one of the entrance cabins and receive a parking ticket. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The cabin’s rolling gate closes and the car is transported below ground in a lift before it is collected by one of horizontal transfer vehicles and brought to a free parking space. In the palletless parking system CUBILE, the Lödige Shifter does the heavy lifting. This is an ultra-flat robot that drives underneath the car and lifts it up at the wheels to take it from the lift to the transfer vehicle and transport it to the parking space.

Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. haacon offers parking supports for the parking of containers and swap bodies. One set consists of 4 individual supports. Containers up to 32 t can be easily and inexpensively parked for loading and unloading or for intermediate storage. The standard version with stability up to wind force 7 can be moved on mounted solid rubber wheels. The particularly 'storm-proof' version with stability up to wind force 12 has an extended foot version and is transported either by forklift or a small auxiliary vehicle. The supports are designed in accordance with BGV D8 and can support a max. load of 11 t per support. To set down the container, the supports are attached to the lower ISO corners and locked. By means of air suspension the vehicle is lowered so that the truck can exit. The container remains on the supports until it is picked up again.

For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.
