The Eltex cable rewinders are the optimal accessory for our grounding devices or, in the passive version, also as a simple grounding cable reel for safe storage of the grounding cable and the grounding clamp. The cable rewinders 607KR rewind the grounding cable after use of the ground contactor, protecting the cable from damage. Several versions are available: The cable rewinders 601KR/AW and 601KR/DW come in an impact resistant aluminum casing and the cable rewinder 601KR/KW comes in an impact resistant plastic casing. All cable rewinders are appropriate for use in the explosion hazardous areas 1 and 21. Different designs of ground clamps are available.

In addition to the well-known 601KR/BW passive rewinding cable reel with 9 m grounding cable in a plastic casing, the new 601KR/EW rewinding cable reel is available in an impact-resistant aluminum casing and can hold a grounding cable of up to 12 m. These reels can be used in Zones 1 and 21. Both reels are designed for wall mounting, but the 601KR/EW can also be swivel-mounted using a mounting bracket. A coupling plug can be used to easily connect the passive 70SG and 70PK clamps with the coupling bushing of the grounding cable.

Technical information The Z+F WireDancer is an unrolling aid for wires from cardboard packaging or coils from different manufacturers and is therefore an ideal accessory for any cable production. Unwinding devices are key players in streamlining material handling during cable assembly. Tailored to efficiently dispense cable reels, these devices contribute to heightened precision and productivity. Passive Eltex ground clamps from the 70 and the TERRACLAMP series make it easy to establish connections. The clamps are used when decanting or filling potentially explosive materials. Electrostatic charges are discharged effectively. Passive ground clamps from the TERRA-C/P, 70SG, 70PG, 70OK and 70PK series have extremely hard and sharp gripper jaws that can penetrate any coating. The clamps have a continuously high clamping force, which always ensures a secure connection to the potential equalization at all times. The TERRA-C/POS, 70SG and 70PK grounding clamps have a plug-in-connector for a simple connection to the passive grounding cable, spiral cable and rewinding cable reels.

The active Eltex grounding clamps from the TERRACLAMP and the 70 series are used together with the TERRALIGHT and the Terra-Control TUE30 ground monitoring system to establish and monitor grounding connections. These devices are used when decanting or filling potentially explosive substances. Existing electrostatic changes are discharged effectively in a controlled manner. The active grounding clamps from the TERRA-C/S, TERRA-C/B, 70AG, 70BG, 70CG (only for TCB040), 70AK and 70HK series feature extremely hard and sharp collet jaws. The jaws also feature a continuously high clamping force, ensuring a secure connection to the equipotential bonding at all times. The standard version of the grounding clamps includes a plug-in-connector for an easy connection to the included grounding cable, spiral cable and rewinding cable reels.

The signals representing angle and length of a telescopic crane are important measuring data. Determination of such measuring data is performed by means of tilt angle and rope length transmitters. The determination of the jib angle is performed by a magnetically damped pendulum system, the swing of which is measured with a redundant high-resolution conductive plastic potentiometer. The output signal is provided in form either of two resistance signals or via the built-in signal converter in form of two current or voltage signals. Linear measurement is performed according to the draw wire measuring principle. One makes use of a multiwire measuring cable, which is wound multilayered on a cable reel provided with a pullback spring. A mechanical spindle lead screw nut ensures, that the rope is rewound and unwound exactly layer-by-layer. The number of drum revolutions, being proportional to the measured length is determined by a redundant potentiometer system voltage or current output.
