Bentley-Harris® Textalu 1202 is an insulative fiberglass sleeving with a heavy aluminum coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency. Textalu 1202 is used on wire harnesses, sensor control wiring and cable assemblies in close proximity to engines and exhaust systems. Due to its elastic structure, Textalu 1202 conforms well to the variable profiles of the components it protects. Its braided construction allows good flexibility in temperatures as low as -50°C. The infra-red emissivity rating of Textalu 1202 heavy aluminum coating, combined with its fiberglass braid, ensures temperature stability inside the Textalu sleeving despite frequent external temperature fluctuations due to radiant heat.

Fast assembly and perfect organisation Modern machines contain countless power, data and control cables, along with pneumatic hoses. In large systems, the total length of these can quickly add up to several thousand metres. Cable channels make it easier to organise and assemble these cables. The BLOCAN® cable channel system made from anodised aluminium impresses not only with its attractive design, but also through a multitude of well thought out details, which offer the customer considerable added value and greatly facilitate their work. The cable channels in sizes 40, 40x20, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80 can be supplied as 6 metre bars or cut to length. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminium cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a BLOCAN® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.

This low cost tension/compression load cell is an especially robust component, which can be easily integrated in a girder assembly between two cables or chains for measuring force. The PFLITSCH CABseal is used to feed pre-assembled and non-assembled cables, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic lines, simply and reliably into control cabinets, primarily, but also into enclosures and machines. To this end, their sizes and dimensions of the frames are compatible with the common standard cut-outs and hole patterns in control cabinets so that just a single CABseal frame is required per cut-out. The CABseal cable entry system consists of four different sized frames and a number of cable grommets that can be equipped in various constellations. The grommets are slotted at the sides to make it easier to insert cables. While the frame is made of hard and robust polyamide, we use a flexible elastomer for the cable grommets and their special sealing lips. To ensure the cables are properly sealed, the grommets are positioned in the frame and compressed when the upper part of the frame is screwed down.

USB 3.0 provides data transfer rates 10 times faster than USB 2.0. The USB 3.0 insert was integrated into the CONEC Bayonet Locking housing so it becomes suitable for industrial applications in harsh environment. The new IP67 USB3.0 connector series is available in plastic and metallised plastic and is fully backwards compatible with USB 2.0. To protect the connector against dirt and moisture in unmated condition, protection caps with tether are available.

The Metzner AM 1000 is a sensation among the tabletop units. The automatic cutting and stripping machine processes cables, strands and wires up to 9 mm diameter and 6mm² cable cross-section with a special cutting and pull-off force (optional 10 mm², depending on material).
