The Gronemeyer mat table cools, ferments or freezes general cargo and bulk goods. The products are transported on a plastic mat conveyor chain. The design of the machine permits treating unpackaged food. The products' discharge temperature can be changed by adjusting the throughput time and/or the temperature in the module. The mat table is a cost-effective and space-saving solution for short throughput times. It is possible to take multiple samples from bulk goods with this sampler quickly and easily. Emptying has been greatly simplified and in this model takes place via the tip. The advantage: The sample can be emptied directly into the sample container without having to disassemble the EasySampler, in order to obtain a mixed sample for instance. The bulk material must be free-flowing or self-flowing.

The scratcher is a special sampler for powders and granules that do not flow freely. The sample is transferred to the closable inner tube using a scraper. Sliding PTFE separators are used to divide the inner tube into different zones. The separators also prevent the sample from being mixed.

The SiloPicker is ideal for taking bulk goods samples from silos. Using the extension rods, samples can be taken from depths down to 3.5 m. The insertion depth depends on the density of the bulk goods.

The core sampler QuickPicker is particularly suitable in the event that bulk goods are taken directly from sacks or bags and have to be filled into the original sampling bottle directly. QuickPicker is uncomplicated in its use and cleaning. No undercuts or edges mean no sample residues which could falsify subsequent samples. It is therefore ideal for quality control. The sampler QuickPicker is delivered complete with two 250 ml PE sample bottles and with a cleaning brush.

Sample spatula made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404). The highly stable and solid design of the spatula allow it to pierce solid substances or sacks and BigBags. The spatula is made of premium stainless steel, high-gloss polished and completely welded, thus completely free of undercuts. It is therefore ideally suited for taking samples of powders, granulates and pasty media, especially in food and pharmaceutical applications.

If bulk goods are transported over long distances (in trucks, railway goods wagons), separation may occur. Taking the sample just from the surface therefore leads to the wrong result. Representative samples from all layers of the silo can be taken with the SiloDrill. The SiloDrill fits through all standard openings with its diameter of 90 mm.

Metal detection coil INTUITY reliably detects enclosed contaminants in your product or bulk goods. INTUITY can be flexibly used in dry or wet areas and achieves best results with its multi-simultaneous frequency technology: It simultaneously checks with at least two frequencies if your packaged or unpackaged product contains steel, stainless steel, iron or non-ferrous metal. The metal detection coil helps you to enhance the quality of your products and to minimize the risk of possible recalls. Goods can be conveyed at an incline even on smooth belt surfaces. The conveying angle is dependent on a variety of factors such as the type of goods being conveyed, the top face coating and external factors like dust, moisture, etc. For large conveying angles and for the conveying of small pieces and bulk goods, Forbo Movement Systems offers patterned belts or belts equipped with lateral profiles.

When sampling bulk goods with a high specific weight, conventional scoops subject the user‘s wrist to great stress. EasyScoop with its centrally arranged inner grip is ergonomically designed and ensures easy and safe work. Pactainer ED® offers a safe protection against electrostatic hazards. They can be used for bulk goods which contain or are located in areas where electrostatic hazards are at present. The conductive fabric of a Pactainer ED® conducts the charge of the bulk products to the hoist in connection with the grounded straps and prevents reliable every kind of discharge which displays a risk of fire. To make a sampling procedure reproducible, it should always be carried out under the same conditions. For this purpose, the depth stop for samplers is a helpful accessory. The depth stop can be clamped to any height of the sampler by means of a C-clamping screw. This ensures that the sampler penetrates to the same desired depth each time it is pierced. The penetration depth is thus fixed and can be precisely recorded, e.g. in a test report or sampling instructions. In addition, the depth stop can prevent accidental puncturing during sampling. The depth stop for samplers is useful in all areas where the sampling parameters must be precisely determined and defined, e.g. in the outgoing and incoming goods inspection of bulk materials that can segregate. Simply attach the depth stop for samplers to a sampling tube with Ø 25 or 50 mm and tighten with an Allen key (5 mm).

SOMOS® RDX is available in 38 container sizes of 1 l to 82 l.

Modular SOMOS® RDC stationary drying systems are suitable for efficiently drying virtually any kind of hygroscopic polymer pellets and regrind. The material is dried with heated drying air, optimum air distribution in the material being dried ensuring uniformly good drying results. ProTec designs and supplies RDC drying systems made to measure for all polymer processing processes. Material throughputs meet demand from individual machines right up to a plant's entire installed base of machinery.

The SOMOS® RDF dryer is used for drying hygroscopic polymer pellets. It consists of compact RDF modules which can be flexibly combined, are capable of autonomous operation and have drying capacities of 10 kg/h to 250 kg/h per module. The modules are available in 7 sizes with a volume of between 30 l and 600 l and a drying are volume between 10 m3 and 180 m3, each one being individually controllable by its own controller. Alternatively, when interconnected, they can be controlled using a common operator control unit. Each module has an integrated air generator, so ruling out complete failure, as may occur with a centrally supplied drying system.

SOMOS® RDM mobile dryers are designed for drying highly flowable, hygroscopic polymer pellets and regrind. They can be used flexibly as auxiliary units for supplying processing machines for moderate throughputs which is a particular advantage for frequent material changes. The mobile dryers, with their attractive, functional design, consist of a dry air generator and an insulated stainless steel drying bin. They are optionally available with an integral dry air conveying unit for automatically feeding the processing machine. The dry air generator uses the SOMOS® single chamber system making highly efficient use of desiccant. As a result, the desiccant can be regenerated quickly and energy-efficiently, providing cost benefits for the processor. Having five graduated sizes of drying bin with an effective volume of 30 l to 400 l, the dryers are capable of flexibly pre-processing a volume of material suited to the processing machine's throughput right by the machine.
