A booster, or amplitude transformation piece, functions as bridge between converter and Sonotrode. It transfers the resonation and allows for fine-tuning of the operating frequency for diverse applications.

Volume booster for large pneumatic actuators to reduce the positioning times. Simple and universal mounting possible with NAMUR mounting plate. Through adjustable gain, the booster can be adapted to the capacity of the actuator.

Pressure Boosting Pumps series TH and FH use closed impellers in order to minimize power consumption and to optimize hydraulic pump efficiencies. In addition, the TH series offers high pressures at short immersion depths. Inline pumps of the series FH can be used as boosting pumps if provided with positive inlet pressure. This inlet pressure can be provided by the central coolant supply or a feed pump. In such a setup, pumps of the series FH can raise the incoming pressure by up to 26 bar. A frequency converter can be supplied for special applications or for matching the pump characteristic to a specific duty point. The INOX® Pool Booster contains only small amounts of chlorine but still disinfects the pool water reliably so that the pool is free of bacteria, algae and germs. INOX UV Booster serves to protect lubricants from undesirable, light-induced aging effects. UV stabilizers are used here preventing the occurrence of discolouration of the lubricant after long storage and exposure to UV radiation.

The INOX® Cetane Booster increases the cetane content of the diesel fuel by up to 5 points. The product is particularly recommended for fuels of lower quality. It ensures an even and powerful combustion, reduces soot formation, nail noise, run-on and overheating. The higher cetane content ensures optimal combustion and facilitates the cold start process.

INOX® octane booster improves starting behavior and full-load drive, releases and disperses deposits and residues in the fuel system. It ensures a smooth running in neutral gear. It eliminates and prevents deposits on valves and combustion chambers, thus preventing mechanical damage. It also increases the octane number of the fuel by up to 4 - 9 points, depending on the fuel quality. Especially recommended for fuels of lesser quality.

Poppe + Potthoff Maschinenbau GmbH supplies compressor units and pressure control systems of up to 400 bar for various gases. We offer ready-to-connect units to increase the existing pressure for pneumatic and hydraulic applications. In this way, the performance of existing systems can be increased flexibly and efficiently. Our compressor units are used wherever the existing system pressure is insufficient to implement specific applications. Of course, our systems are UL or CE compliant as required. In addition, we offer you service and support directly on-site.

INOX oil booster system care is suitable for all 4-stroke, gasoline and diesel engines. It has been optimized for usage in vehicles with soot particle filters, has a reduced phosphate content, uses ash-free ingredients and is free from heavy metals.

The patented TECsteam steam booster nozzle is used for cooling steam close to the saturated steam temperature or hot gases. The temperature is controlled by the injection of water into the steam or hot gas stream whereby the water is thermally atomised using high pressure steam. The high pressure steam is removed from and returned uncontrolled to the high pressure steam system. The temperature-dependent cooling water is supplied via a control valve. Extremely short evaporation sections of less than 3 m can be realised with this valve.

Melt pump for building up pressure in the polymer process. The series is the result of a complete revision of the core components used. The BOOSTER-AT is available with flange connections according to EN1092-1 and ANSI B16.5. Thanks to the new gear wheel geometries, differential pressures of up to 320 bar are possible with selected pump sizes. The reliable booster pump for the polymer process. BOOSTER gear pumps from WITTE are used in the polymerisation process to increase the pressure of medium to high viscosity media. The hydraulically heated booster pump conveys very gently prepolymers and polymers, such as PET, PBT, PS, ABS and many others. Heating is by means of heat transfer oil or steam. The core components such as shafts and slide bearings come from the WITTE modular system. The booster pumps of the BOOSTER series are used wherever particularly high pressure is required for the process. High pressures are required for pelletising, fibre production or for spinning pumps, among others. The design of the BOOSTER booster pumps can be adapted to the needs of the plant and the customer's requirements.

For frequency values of 20, 30, and 35 kHz ultrasonic boosters with different gain ratios (transformation) are available. All ultrasonic boosters are made of high-quality titanium. Depending on the required demands, they are installed using rigid or flexible support rings.

THE RESULT By addition of ERC octane booster, the octane number of the gasoline fuel (RON) can be increased by up to 4 points, depending on the quality of petrol. ERC Octanebooster increase the fuel performance. Additionally ERC octane booster forms a protective layer on the valves (valve plate and valve seat) and ensures a clean burning and higher engine performance. In ultrasonic systems, the booster functions as a transmission tool to change the amplitude provided by the converter. It then forwards it to the sonotrode of the oscillating system. Depending on the design and installation direction, the amplitude can be reduced or increased by the booster. The booster is also suitable to embed the vibrating system into a machine if a clamping or tension ring is attached to it. soniKKs boosters stabilize the vibration behavior and ensure lossfree transmission through completely flat coupling surfaces.
