Taking samples from sacks, boxes, bags, etc. with sampling lances is a common and time-proven practice. This produces holes through which easily flowing bulk goods could escape from the container. With the close-it seal, this can be prevented in an uncomplicated manner. close-it has been especially developed for this purpose. The label has a sandwich-type structure (aluminium/ paper) and seals the container hermetically (vapour barrier). This virtually prevents hygroscopic powders from clumping together. The label is not just used to provide a hermetic seal. It is also used for providing quality control information (sampling date, release yes/no, name of tester, etc.). The labels are available in different colours. With printing in red, blue, green, yellow, black, neutral, without printing in white. close-it can be written on with ball-point pen, pencil or felt-tip marker.

POLIFILM is offering a wide assirtment of transparent, white, black and black / white films fort he protection of PVC- and aluminium profiles. Films composition as well as adhesive selection depend upon our customers` specifications. PVC profiles are typically protected by transparent, white or black / white films. Natural rubber based adhesives perform very well for these applications when combined with UV absorbing / blocking films. Natural rubber adhesive systems prevent film lifting during profile cutting and handling. For aluminium profiles mainly black / white films with customer print as well as occasionally black films are used. Our product range includes product with weather resistance between one month and twelve months.

POLIFILM offers protection film solutions for polyester based paint systems with different gloss levels, plastisol and also for PVDF based paint systems. For these applications we typically use high strength films with various adhesion levels. High strength films are able to resist formation forces of painted metals. The required weathering resistance of these films determines, which protection film can best match the customers` requirements. Typical weathering performance varies between 3 and 12 months. Our product assortment comprises transparent films and black / white films, which can be printed according to customer requirements.
