From now on, all our blown tubes are also available in Bio-HDPE, which is made from sugarcane. These include the product lines BlockPack, TwistPack Plus, QuadroPack or TwistPack. Selected sizes of TwistPack Plus and BlockPack are even available from stock. From the outside, the packaging made of Bio-HDPE does not differ from its conventionally manufactured "twins"that are also just as robust and flexible in use. There is still one serious difference: the production of Bio-HDPE does not cause any emissions, but on the contrary binds a whole 2.15 kilograms of CO2 per kilogram of material. Another plus: the Bio-PE used is 100% recyclable and can be fed into the material cycle together with PE based on fossil raw materials.

Use biocidal products with care. Always read the label and product information before use. For sensitive materials (textiles, leather, painted surfaces), spray disinfectant onto a cloth and wipe off. Check compatibility in advance on a hidden area. When used in the food sector, rinse the surfaces with clear water afterwards. It is effective against bacteria, yeast fungi and specific viruses (limited virucidal activity). Leave on for at least 60 seconds. Do not use it in large areas. Eliminates 99.9% of bacteria and specific viruses (influenza viruses, corona viruses). Active ingredient content per 100 ml product: 65 ml ethanol & 15 ml 2-propanol. A bio scrubber combines physical scrubbers with a biological activation unit. In this process, air polluted with a wide variety of pollutants is cleaned with the aid of a washing liquid which is loaded with microorganisms and biocatalysts (various enzymes) taken from nature. The washing water absorbs the exhaust air and pollutants from the air. Subsequently, added microorganisms oxidise them. These microorganisms use the air pollutants as substrate and nutrient medium and convert them into naturally formed decomposition products such as CO2, water, and biomass. Here, the washing water is continuously regenerated and used in a closedcircuit water treatment system. TYPICAL APPLICATION AREAS These plants are primarily used for watersoluble ingredients of the exhaust air. The usual pollutants that are filtered from the exhaust air with the help of bio scrubbers include aldehydes such as formaldehyde, alcohols, ketones and other hydrocarbon compounds.

The Bio ECO-straw is being produced of ca. 70% genetically unchanged sugarcane and of ca. 30% minerals and fibers and is thus 100% biodegradable in industrial composting plants. The Bio ECO-straw is plasticizer-free and also free of plastic. The straw is dimensionally stable, tasteless and suitable for beverages up to 30o C. Under proper, dry and cool (room temperature sufficient) storage conditions durable ca.18-22 months. Vincotte „Compost OK“–certified, combustible and recyclable. Recommendation: compost shredded Available straws color: pearlwhite-shining sizes: ca. 6x210mm and ca. 6,5x250mm, packing units: 500 pcs per bag. The BIO-Thermo 95° C straws are being made of a certified and biodegradable material. This mainly consists of renewable raw materials and mineral fillers of also natural origin. The BIO-Thermo 95 ° C straws are 60% bio-based and fully biodegradable in industrial composting plants. In the composting process, water, oxygen and heat split the plastic so that it can be digested by microorganisms, leaving only valuable compost that can be used as fertilizer for the cultivation of new plants. Life span /durability around 12 to 14 months in dry environment (from – 15 to + 20 ° C). The straws are heat stable up to 95° C and thus ideal especially for all hot beverages that do not contain high-proof hot alcohol. Available in the color white as straight straws in 2 lengths.
