Thanks to the compact dimensions it carries no great weight, instead it just reliably does its job in the background – with all conceivable comfort features its class can offer. The TTK 32 E comes equipped with a hygrostat-controlled automatic dehumidification function, i.e. you can select the respectively desired target value for a humidity level of 40, 50 or 60 %. The device is automatically activated when this value is exceeded and switches itself off again upon reaching the desired target value. There is no way of dehumidifying rooms more energy-efficiently than with such an automatism. For example, with a daily dehumidification performance of up to 14 litres the TTK 32 E keeps living spaces and offices with a size of 15 m² reliably dry.

COMFORT DEHUMIDIFIER TTK 52 EDiscreet on the outside, convincing values on the inside The dehumidifier TTK 52 E might look inconspicuous, but will impress you with its technical equipment and easy handling straightaway. Like almost all dehumidifiers of the HomeComfort series it comes with an automatic hygrostat-controlled dehumidification system including a compressor that switches itself off to save energy as soon as the desired humidity value has been reached. Conversely, the device is automatically activated again once the humidity value is exceeded. The desired humidity level can be set to target values of 40, 50 and 60 % RH via the LED-illuminated control panel. Alternatively, the TTK 52 E also allows for operation in continuous mode including unattended continuous operation – for instance, to keep smaller basement rooms or holiday apartments permanently dry. For this purpose, the device is fitted with a connection for an external condensate drain.

Device for automatically blowing the adhering water off after passing through the pretreatment plant. The rotary blow-off zone is a device for blowing the adhesive water off workpieces that have been washed for the purposes of painting. It consists of a closed stainless steel sheet metal housing with forced ventilation and is employed immediately after the washing installation. In order to achieve more effective drying in the case of fissured surfaces, the blower nozzles are arranged on a rotary axis. The adhering water is blown off by the parts by air blown at high speed through the rotary blower nozzles. The effect of this is that no water droplets remain on the workpiece that could lead to slight marks in the paint film. Due to the varying blowing direction, the water is also blown out of problem zones and scooped parts in most cases. In order to be able to optimise the direction of the blower nozzle air jets, the nozzles have adjustable nozzle heads. The water that is blown off runs back into the pretreatment plant. The blowing air is extracted from the blowing tunnel via a return air duct with adjustable suction apertures.

TYP A 040 Solder lug insertion device Description The solder lug insertion device Type A 040 is designed to insert pre- stored solder lugs into p. c. boards. The components are supplied automatically to the device, and will be pressed into the p. c. board by an air cylinder. Therefore, the p. c. board has to be held to the setting position manually, and a tracer finger then triggers the setting process. The inserting device will handle all usual in the trade solder lugs, which are lined up on wire or adhesive tape. Replacing the insertion head and the bin makes it possible, to process solder tags with different dimensions and forms. The re- tooling is easy, and takes only a few minutes. Components

TYP A 040/R Solder lug inserter Description The Streckfuss solder lug inserting device Type A 04 R is designed, to insert solder lugs into p. c. boards. The Solder lugs are automatically moved into the device by a vibrating conveyor. An air cylinder then presses them into the p. c. board.
