With the patented V-belt design up to 98 % of the liquid overspray can be reclaimed. The paint retrieved in this way is recycled into the paint process. Over and above, the innovative ventilation system improves the ecological energy balance. The short setup times, long service life of the filter elements, fast changing times for spray systems and automated paint-change procedures offer a very high degree of efficiency. The twin cleaning units allow the use of solvent-based paints as primer and the direct switchover in split seconds to the second cleaner operating with water-based paints. Maintenance and cleaning operations take place completely separate from the production process.

NORIMOS 4 – The High Performance PLC-based Alarm, Monitoring and Control System The N4 is our alarm, monitoring and control system (AMCS) for highest demands in operating comfort, usability, flexibility and system availability and is based on our NORISYS 4 open automation platform. It is used to monitor and control ship technology, such as engines and other auxiliary systems. The N4 is a PLC (IEC 61131) based AMCS with decentrally placed subsystems. Each subsystem is operating independently with a high performance I/O CPU master and its slave units and is connected to the other subsystems. The system is based on extremely robust components, can be used flexibly and furthermore, it can be extended with a comprehensive package of standard functions on request: whether as a simple data acquisition system, alarm and monitoring system, with additional control functions for pumps, valves and fans, or even fuel level measurement or power management.

The ENCODER machine series was specifically developed for integration in all kinds of automated systems. Variable control possibilities: For the EP series we offer three different electronic control possibilities. Variable installation positions: The ENCODER EP/1 models, equipped with a piston on the ink/ doctoring cup and adequate overhead control, guarantee all print positions. With the “Modular Automation Platform” TAMPOPRINT presents an automation-platform, whose entities can be freely put together in building block concept. The base frame, available in two sizes, offers up to 16 positions, which easily can be assembled with pad print, laser, pre-treatment as well as post-treatment and surveillance units.
