Franke bearing asseblies type LVD are ready to install bearing assemblies with external gear, steel housing rings and integrated bearing elements. Franke bearing assemblies type LVD are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They can be supplied at short notice, in some cases even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. The bearing elements are sealed on both sides and adjusted to preload.

Franke bearing asseblies type LVB are redy-to-install bearing assemblies with housing rings made of aluminium and integrated bearing elements. Franke LVB are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies and convince by their light weight. LVB bearing assemblies are available at short notice, some of them even from stock. Designed as 4-point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. LVB sbearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and are set with preload.

Franke Bearing Assemblies Type LVA are ready-to-install bearing assemblies with steel housing rings and integrated bearing element. They are suitable for medium rotational speeds and accuracies. They are available at short notice, some of them even from stock. Designed as 4 point bearings, they can support equally high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. Type LVA bearing assemblies are sealed on both sides and adjusted with preload.

Settling and floating layers are avoided by horizontal and vertical mixing. Before plant construction, coordination takes place with the future plant operator to determine the optimum stirring technology based on the respective substrates. Operational safety is ensured by the closed reaction chamber, the external drive for the agitator and the externally mounted electric drives. Variable dimensions and substrate flexible stirring technology also allow the use of difficult substrates. The wall heating system, externally mounted on the fermenter wall, ensures optimum fermentation conditions and a high gas yield. FAST ASSEMBLY – LESS COST Low installation costs are possible by using the Lipp dual seam system and on site production. If the foundation slab is provided along with assistance during assembly, costs fall still further.

Flexible silicone heaters are resistant to permanent temperatures up to 200°C, with self-adhesive foil 180°C should not be exceeded. Higher temperatures of 230°C are possible for a short time without destroying the heater. The temperature that will be reached within the application, generally is not easy to predict, as there are many influencing factors. SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pin has a series of barbs extending down the entire length of the pin. Headed Barbed Pins are a great replacement for self-tapping screws in plastic assemblies as Barbed Pins are installed into standard moulded (or drilled) holes, they install much faster than screws, and they eliminate issues associated with cross-threaded or skewing during installation. Unlike screws that resist back-out (or loosening) by being tightened to a preset torque, Barbed Pins are retained by the plastic backfilling over the aggressively-designed barbs. The head provides a positive stop and is also used to retain a thin component to a thicker component within an assembly. SPIROL's FH400 Headed Barbed Pins are available in metric diameters ranging from Ø2mm to Ø6mm and inch diameters ranging from Ø.078" (5/64) to Ø.250" (1/4) in low carbon steel and austenitic stainless steel.

The fixture is simply replaced at the base of the machine, and the pin diameter is easily changed by switching the pin driving chuck. This Extra Heavy Duty Manual Pin Inserter will provide smooth operation, repeatability and durability.

Offered with or without a head, Straight Pins are distinguished by their uniformity. The chamfered ends are more consistent than tumbled edges—making installation with automatic assembly equipment more reliable. Straight Pins are retained by compressing the host, not the inflexible solid pin. They are suitable for use in plastics for press-fit applications limited to those cases where the host material can withstand compression in the order of 0.05mm – 0.08mm (.002” – .003”). Straight Pins are often used to replace Ground Dowels in applications that do not require the tight tolerances of a Ground Dowel.
