Not all extruded profiles are required to be circular in shape! Whether it is a seamless or porthole hollow-profile, at ALUnna, we have a multitude of possibilities. Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some profiles we may have the possibility to further improve the dimensional tolerances by adding a subsequent drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tube, shaped, square or rectangular tubes in both medium strength and high-strength alloys can be produced.

The ECO SYSTEM units are linear actuators made of a self-sustaining extruded aluminum frame and are driven by a polyurethane belt with AT metric profile steel inserts. With the unique extrusion process, ALUnna has the capability to produce continuous lengths of extruded profiles. Unlike the conventional extrusion process, the continuous extrusion process does not use billets. Instead, raw material is fed into the process from a coil. This process is especially useful for the production of small extrusion profiles used as spacer bars in alloys EN AW-1050A / 1350A or EN AW-3103/3003. If necessary, there is an option to apply a draw pass to the spacer bar profile using an in-line Schumag continuous drawing machine in order to achieve the final dimension and the most demanding of tolerances.

The lockable version of the hexagonal counter "IQ" is not only characterized by the well-known strengths, such as the stable aluminum frame and the light construction, it now also offers a lockable interior, which safely stores your belongings. Equipped with two lockable sliding doors, the counter prevents any unauthorized access. Also the cover plate is secured by a locking system, so theft is not possible. Ideally suited as a sales counter or trade fair counter!

The rectangular counter "Brilliant" is a high-quality, lightweight and very robust counter in straight form. The sales counter is optionally available with or without bar top and is equipped with a shelf. Due to the quality workmanship of the foldable aluminium base frame, the trade fair counter is particularly characterised by high stability, quick assembly and a large advertising space. The panels made of 3 mm PVC rigid foam are excellent for labelling and easy to install and remove. Furthermore, the promotion counter is completely foldable and comes with a transport bag.

Additional to the versatility of 11 particular types of aluminium profiles they can be supplied anodised resp. plastic coated in all RAL colours. We call as special types our 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a big range of variations on your request. You can choose: - all fill types, e.g. natural fibres and bristles, plant fibres, wires and synthetic bristles- different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length)- the overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

These types of brushes are particularly versatile in the way in which they can be mounted and in which they harmonise visually. 11 standard types of sealing brushes with aluminium profiles are available from stock, filled with polyamide (PA6), polypropylene (PP) and soft horse hair (mane hair MAH).As our standard types which are available from stock we chose our most demanded sealing brushes concerning the trim heights and overall lengths.
