Control of all labeling jobs from the ERP system Order processing software _orderProcessing.BRAIN retrieves entire labeling jobs from the ERP system in form of XML files and entirely autonomously controls price labeling lines via _connect.BRAIN. Labeling can be performed on a single-job basis with different items or on a per-item basis for different customers. All relevant data is called up by _orderProcessing.BRAIN and the actual production data is returned once the job is complete.

Original ink rolls in Meto quality are available for all Meto hand-labelers with standard ink (paper / indoor use) or with UV-resistant ink (plastic labels / outdoor labeling).

The WPC is an integrated solution to produce wires for switch cabinets: it marks them and crimps the corresponding wire end ferrule. The WPC loads an EPLAN or other CAE file and produces all wires within this list step by step. Cross-sections from 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm² are supported. For each item in this list, the wire is cut to length sequentially with the help of the multi feeder Z+F EVOFEED® , the corresponding labels are printed and the correct ferrule is crimped to the wire with the UNIC-GV universal crimping machine. HERMA laser films have been developed especially for black/white and colour laser printers. With suitable colours, the surface yields good printing results with all standard printing methods. Label sheets are particularly suitable for product identification, e.g. barrel or pallet labelling. In combination with certain HERMA acrylate adhesives, this film meets the requirements according to BS5609 section 2 (seawater resistance).
