The particularly compact drying control unit is tailored perfectly to the Qube+ and can be connected to it in just a few steps. In doing so, an elaborate intermediate hose connection with water separator is no longer necessary, this simplifies the installation and saves both time and material. Stainless steel desiccant dehumidifier TTR 250 HP Special design for particularly long air transport distances ... The TTR 250 HP is not only standard-equipped with a radial fan but also with an additional extra-powerful fan motor which allows an especially high compression. This makes this dehumidifier especially well-suited for applications where air has to be transported over long distances or several levels, for example ships’ rooms, cellars or bunkers. The standard ex factory configuration of the TTR 250 HP is designed for the transportation of moist air. The dryer can be set by the customer to a different configuration, should the need arise for high-pressure dry air to be conducted away instead of moist. With the TTR 250 HP you can benefit from a professional desiccant dehumidifier originally produced by Trotec which has been developed and manufactured according to the highest of quality standards in Germany.

The coaters series type LC were specifically developed for coating tablets. With our coater range, Loedige is one off the technological market leader. The maximised tablet bed surface in the Lödige coater and the maximum number of spray nozzles mean that extremely high liquid volumes can be applied with extremely high air supply volumes within a very short time. The newly designed, particularly low-turbulence air routing ensures a highly efficient and gentle use of dryer air. These features ensure a reliable coating process and short process times. Moreover, the low-turbulence air routing prevents contamination from the very start, thereby reducing the cleaning workload. Modern sensors permit optimisation of the spraying and drying process. SOMOS® RDX attachment dryers are designed for drying small volumes of polymer pellets with throughputs of around 8 to 10 kg/h using in-plant compressed air. They are ProTec's way of providing an economic alternative to conventional drying systems (e.g. adsorption dryers): the compressed air technology used combines perfect drying results with minimal operating costs and virtually maintenance free operation. SOMOS® RDX is available in 38 container sizes of 1 l to 82 l.

With heat recovery systems in industrial environments, the heat contained in the exhaust air is efficiently used to heat air or water. A very efficient use of this energy is the preheating of dryer supply air. The heat can be used continuously here. This warm exhaust air is also suitable for heating buildings. Depending on the local conditions, both airtoair heat exchangers and airtowater heat exchangers can be used for this purpose. The heated air, in turn, is fed into production and factory halls or other areas of the building. This type of supply air heating is particularly costefficient. Such recovery systems also have a positive effect in terms of environmental compatibility. Waste heat from industry that is harmful to the climate is no longer released into the environment but remains in the cycle of the production process or building heating. The systems are also suitable for cooling rooms when outside temperatures are hot, for example.

Mobile plastic granules dryers from the JETBOXX® system are available with a volume of 30/50/75/200 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options. They can be used anywhere, where top-mounted dryers fail because of weight / or space reasons, and flexibility is required. When changing the setting of task, the components can be combined easily or used for example as top-mounted dryers. The compressed air-based dryers are maintenance-free and provide professional functions such as: plastic-specific and throughput dependent dryer settings, database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, overheating protection, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more.

JETBOXX® plastic granulate dryers are compressed air based dry-air dryers for mounting directly on the feed section of the processing machine. The JETBOXX® technology guarantees perfect drying results thanks to plastic-specific and throughput-dependent dryer settings. The dryers are available with a volume of 30/50/75 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. The JETBOXX® control provides a database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, fully automatic decrease and resume of the drying intensity when production is interrupted (overheating protection), automatic restart with preheating program in 1- or 2 shift operation, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more. Compressed air conveyors of one or two components with or without dedusting function are available. The conveying control is already included.

The JETBOXX® mini top-mounted dryers are particularly applicable where small material flow rates with the highest drying precision are required. Due to their compact design, the plastic granulate dryers can be mounted on the feed section of the injection molding machine without any difficulty. The dryers are available with a volume of 0,5/1,0/2,5/5/6/12/18 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. Compressed air conveyors of one or two components with or without dedusting function are available. Filling by hand is also possible via hinged covers. Kronseder KFT fresh exhaust air dryer in the form of an assembly set or in a sea container 15 m³ - 30 m³ The containers are built to standard dimensions. Length 6 m or 12 m. Hot water or electricity is offered as heating medium. The ventilation and heating system is installed in a tower construction. Appropriate inlet and outlet air flaps are provided for demoisturizing. The dry air generator can either be operated with a single drying bin or combined with multiple preconfigured drying bins in your plant. The drying bins are available from 100l to 900l sizes. LUXOR A series dryers with ETA-process® and ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed for supplying dried plastic granulate for many different plastics processing applications. They have either two or three fully insulated stationary desiccant beds with separate process and regeneration blowers which provide consistently low dew-point air to the process, while reducing energy consumption. The advanced LUXOR A series consists of ten models with drying capacities from 80 to 2400 m3/h. Each advanced system dryer can be flexibly combined with all LUXORBIN A drying bins from 15 to 2400 litres. In addition, motan offers a range of extra-large drying bins with volumes from 3,000 to 13,000 litres. These are also available with gas heating. All motan system drying bins are made of stainless steel, are completely insulated, and have individual heating as well as temperature control.

LUXOR S dryers operate at maximum efficiency and with minimum operating maintenance. The opportunity to have multiple material bins connected to one dry air generator provides our customers with maximum flexibility and no interruption to production. Both the LUXOR E A and LUXOR EM A dryers with optional ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed to supply consistently low dew-point air to one drying bin, while reducing energy consumption. The LUXOR E A dryer is designed for use with existing conveying systems or hopper loaders.
