The TFV 100 Ex Radial Fan has an exceptional operating procedure. It incorporates axial suctioning and radial blowing out of air. This helps it to achieve excellent resistance to extremely contaminated air, which is saturated with dust. The fans are geared to deliver outstanding stability and efficiency in air circulation performances. TFV 100 Ex comes both as a standard and as a for-hire model. The radial fan is extremely tough in construction and promises high rates of air flow. It is immune to chemical/water splashes, in compliance with IP55-A guidelines. The radial fan works at optimal capacity, even in dust-saturated rooms. An important beneficial feature is that a considerable distance is maintained between the fan motor and the primary air flow. Device for automatically blowing the adhering water off after passing through the pretreatment plant. The rotary blow-off zone is a device for blowing the adhesive water off workpieces that have been washed for the purposes of painting. It consists of a closed stainless steel sheet metal housing with forced ventilation and is employed immediately after the washing installation. In order to achieve more effective drying in the case of fissured surfaces, the blower nozzles are arranged on a rotary axis. The adhering water is blown off by the parts by air blown at high speed through the rotary blower nozzles. The effect of this is that no water droplets remain on the workpiece that could lead to slight marks in the paint film. Due to the varying blowing direction, the water is also blown out of problem zones and scooped parts in most cases. In order to be able to optimise the direction of the blower nozzle air jets, the nozzles have adjustable nozzle heads. The water that is blown off runs back into the pretreatment plant. The blowing air is extracted from the blowing tunnel via a return air duct with adjustable suction apertures.

The fan and cooling specialist SEPA EUROPE unveils a true innovation this year: The RaAxial fan. This created term is a combination of the words radial and axial. The microfan with its dimensions of 17x17x4.5mm is ideal for compact, embedded applications and offers numerous possibilities, e.g. as an axial fan for the ventilation of housings or as a radial fan for blowing air onto the heat sink. A tailor-made „Kühligel®“ has already been developed for the latter which makes the cooling of hotspots child’s play when space is limited. Reliability has top priority at SEPA EUROPE. For this very reason the new fan is equipped with the tried and tested Magfix® bearing system. The life expectancy at 40 °C is 210 000 h (MTBF) or 40 000 h (L10).

Our ducts and corrugated tubes for engine air intake can feature flexible sections, smooth sections and matching connections to meet customers specifications. CONTACTLESS DRYING BY MEANS OF HOT AIRThe BF-HL belt dryer allows you to dry your workpieces using hot air. This procedure is particularly beneficial when your workpieces have the following characteristics: Sensitive parts that must not come into contact with each other Parts with tight boreholes Long and bulky parts EFFICIENT DRYING IN THE TUNNEL Your workpieces are transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine wire mesh belt, which is also available in premium V4A stainless steel. The temperature and speed of the conveyor belt are both fully adjustable. Special equipment includes a high-pressure air knife, which blows the residual water out of the workpieces prior to drying, as well as an extension of the conveyor belt to make placing and removing the workpieces easier.
