The M 1401 is the successor of our ultra fine filter system M1001, which has proven itself over a period of many years. The M 1401 is the all-rounder among the mobile filter systems. Equipped with a robust pump unit, a scalper, and our proven hard chrome-plated C-1000 housing, this treatment system is an all-rounder. No matter which technical oil is to be processed, the M 1401 completes its tasks in the factory just as reliable as, for example, in a quarry. Our mobile ultra fine filter system M 130 is the flagship among the mobile filter systems. Equipped with a scalper, a (washable) pre-filter for coarse impurities (up to 5 µm, for example swarf), and two C-1000 housings, this system leaves nothing to be desired in order to process technical oils, water-/ oil- or oil-/water emulsions to excellent purities. The scalper and the pre-filter increase the life service of your systems and the filter elements significantly due to the two-stage pre-filtration. This is followed by the oil processing with the reliable ultra fine filter elements which are also used in space travel. Check valves are used to prevent media from flowing back in systems or to protect equipment against media blow-back. The three types (with spring, without spring and COMPACT) allow for use in many different applications. The valve seat is supported by an O-ring and guarantees maximum safety and reliability.
