The silicone gripper Soft Gripper from OnRobot can pick up a wide variety of irregular shapes and delicate objects. This makes it ideal for pick-and-place applications. Since the vacuum gripper VG10 does not require a compressor or an air supply, it is a compact and easy to move solution. This makes your production line more flexible and saves maintenance costs. It has flexible arms and an adjustable vacuum. This allows the VG10 to handle different objects in many different sizes. Furthermore, your efficiency is further increased because it is a double gripper. This means you can control the right and left side of the vacuum gripper independently of each other. The vacuum gripper is equipped with double gripper functionality, a tool changer and various common suction cup attachments. The EasyPalletizer from EasyRobotics is a stationary palletizing robot for loading pallets with cardboard boxes or workpieces. The system is positioned on a conveyor belt. Then the robot picks up the cardboard box or the workpiece with a gripper. Depending on the proramization, it then sets it down on the pallet according to the customer’s requirements. The integrated ER+ software facilitates the programming of the sequence. Structure In combination with the Universal Robots robot UR10e the palletizer is available in different versions: On the one hand, the EasyPalettizer can be equipped with a base with lift. This makes it possible to move a stroke of 265 mm with the robot. Crates and workpieces can be stacked even higher on the pallet. Furthermore, it is possible to install a fixed base. This limits the standard height of the robot to 855 mm. In addition, the base can also be completely dismantled. This is useful if the palletisation will not reach great heights.

The 1+ connector consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects. Further advantages: The connector is completely leak-proof when it is "hand-tight" and no tools are required. This significantly reduces assembly times. The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.

The flexible tube is pushed onto the connecting sleeve manually, causing the flexible tube to widen. To secure the connection against shear stresses, torsional stresses or longitudinal forces, you must use, e.g., a pipe clip to fasten the flexible tube in place on the connecting sleeve.

The flexible tube is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1A flexible tube con-nector. By tightening the knurled nut, the clamping ring presses against the flexible tube and fixes it in place. The connecting sleeve for the flexible tube is nearly cylindrical. Its dimensions are calculated to prevent tube strain over 6%, even with poor tolerances. The tension produced by the low tube strain is sufficient by itself to guarantee a tight flexible tube connection up to 6 bar. The clamping ring and knurled nut secure the connection against longitudinal forces which could otherwise pull the flexible tube off the connecting sleeve. The clamping ring is designed to secure the flexible tube in place by intercepting any shear or tor-sional stresses. This allows for usage up to 10 bar*. Thanks to its elasticity, the clamping ring can be used several times in the same connector.

The firm flexible tube or plastic pipe is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1C connector. The sealing ring forms a tightness for the connection, while it is secured in place by a cutting ring. Due to the knurled nut, this also affects the flexible tube. The cutting ring wedges into the flexible tube or pipe as far as the knurled nut is screwed onto the connector body. A shear force is applied here that intensifies the contact pressure. This creates a friction-locked and tight connection that can be released at any time and minimises the dead volume.

In the luer lock adapter 3L, a luer lock thread to DIN EN 20594-1 or ISO 594 (male or female) is combined with our connection for flexible tube 1A, connection for pipe 2M, a Tri-Clamp connection or a G, NPT or UNF male thread. A flexible tube can thus be connected, e.g., to the most commonly used disposable laboratory filters.

The special design of the 1W+ makes it possible to slide the corrugated flexible tube directly onto the slightly conical connecting sleeve inside the connector body. Then when the pressure screw is threaded in, the corrugated flexible tube is fixed in place on the connecting sleeve. No extra clamping ring is necessary because it is integrated into the pressure screw. That means the connector consists of only two parts, which makes handling considerably easier.

This connector is specially designed for mesh-reinforced flexible tubes. As all of the Generation+ connectors, it consists of only two parts: the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. An extra clamping ring is not required. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. The advantage: they cannot be damaged and are protected against external effects.

Our inline filter is intended for pipeline installation. It is small, compact and low cost. It is easy to replace under practical conditions and can be subsequently retrofitted with no problems. They are also suitable for a variety of applications in different sizes and materials.

The flexible tube is widened when it is pushed onto the integrated connecting sleeve of the 1B flexible tube connector. The tube is secured in place by means of a knurled nut acting on the flexible tube and the connecting sleeve. The connector permanently has a pressure stage of PN 10. Easily able to withstand a brief pressure peaks of up to 30 bar at T= 20°C.

The 1M micro connector was developed especially for medical, pharmaceutical and analytical technology. It provides ideal connection features for PFA, silicon or Tygon® flexible tubes. The micro connector consists of a connector body with integrated conical connecting sleeve, a knurled nut for fixing the flexible tube and a slotted pressure ring. The pressure ring can be omitted for PFA flexible tubes.

The nipple can be shut off to allow for an easy and reliable connection. There is usually a risk of aggressive gases or liquids escaping during coupling operations. Supply lines can be connected and disconnected quickly and frequently with the 3K quick connector because the lock seals off the line before the coupling is undone.
