On left and right side of the niche a control panel with on/off switch and main sockets (2 on each side - 2 x 230V and 2 x 400 V). On each side an extension made of CNS with cutouts for GN-containers (3x GN1/6 and 2x GN2/8). Removable threepart splash guard,on guest side made of safety glass (ESG). 2 high performance grease separators with grease collection trays. Our oil reservoir cleaning system M 504 has the capacity of cleaning large oil containers like large tanks and reservoirs, and to store enormous amounts of water and dirt. The M 504 consists of 4 large C-1200 housings and achieves a flow of nearly 300 liter per minute. Due to the large filter elements (1.5 m purely axial flow) this machine is the solution to re-obtain an oil quality in reservoirs in fresh oil condition or better. The M 504 is specified separately for each customer- specific use. Our mobile ultra fine filter system M 130 is the flagship among the mobile filter systems. Equipped with a scalper, a (washable) pre-filter for coarse impurities (up to 5 µm, for example swarf), and two C-1000 housings, this system leaves nothing to be desired in order to process technical oils, water-/ oil- or oil-/water emulsions to excellent purities. The scalper and the pre-filter increase the life service of your systems and the filter elements significantly due to the two-stage pre-filtration. This is followed by the oil processing with the reliable ultra fine filter elements which are also used in space travel. Our mobile ultra fine filter system M 120 is the processing machine for larger oil volumes. Its two hard chrome-plated housings can filter up to 2.100 liter per hour of flow. The robust construction, the easy operation, and the possibility of using it in continuous operation without supervision makes it an ideal tool of a preventive maintenance strategy for large units. Even while filling new oil in larger systems it eliminates condensed water and foreign particles reliably.
