We stock standard materials in the most common dimensions in our materials warehouse for you. This means that we can respond to requests extremely quickly. We have two ultramodern automatic band saws that can precisely cut to size materials with a diameter of up to 450 mm. The machines are capable of cutting mitres and stack cutting too.

Our machinery includes several universal machining centres and computer-controlled CNC milling machines; among them column, bed and gantry milling machines. 5-axis milling technology allows the machine to position and move the milling cutter at any angle to the workpiece which makes producing extremely complex 3D contours possible. In addition to this, our machines offers qualitative benefits in that almost all points to be machined can be reached without having to re-clamp the work piece. We also have fully controlled rotary index tables and indexing heads, and work with magnetic and vacuum clamping systems. We're able to machine work pieces of up to 10,000 mm in size.

On request, we can carry out hardfacing of work pieces and large parts and employ special welding methods as part of the contract manufacturing service. Do you have any special wishes or requirements? We also weld custom solutions and highly complex parts with the utmost precision - on time and for a reasonable price. Our welding workshop is certified according to DIN EN ISO 3834.

The advantages of grinding over other types of machining are the easier machinability of hard materials, the high dimensional accuracy and the low roughness of polished surfaces. When it comes to grinding, we rely on our modern machines and the vast experience of our motivated staff. We're able to flat grind work pieces with dimensions of 1700 x 750 mm and perform external cylindrical grinding on parts with a diameter of up to 500 x 2,000 mm. For external cylindrical grinding, we can handle component weights of up to 500 kilograms.

The employees working in our machine shop have modern 5-axis boring mills with axis travels of 3,500 x 2,000 x 1,500 mm at their disposal. They allow us to perform heavy-duty machining jobs as well as all other typical milling work. Our complete mastery of this flexible manufacturing process guarantees high-quality results are achieved in the most efficient way.
