Why make something complicated when you can make it easy? PE sheets – made to order in the size you need – save you the time and effort of manually or mechanically cutting plastic covers. PE sheets are pre-cut flat film sheets. PE sheets from Dürrbeck are manufactured bespoke to meet your needs. Plastic sheets are used as covers for pallets, as a liner between individual packaged units, or as a packaging material itself. When combined with stretch film pallet wrap, it provides excellent protection against dirt, dust and the elements. Our custom-made PE sheets also act as a simple liner or cover for goods in a warehouse or in transport. We produce plastic sheets loose or perforated on rolls – simply tear off, use, done! Side seal bags are practical, universal bags for just about anything that is light and not too bulky. At Dürrbeck, specialists in custom plastic bags and film, we produce side seal bags from high-quality raw materials made to order for a wide range of industries and uses. We place great importance on first-class manufacturing. With side seal bags, our focus is on especially sturdy seals that, as the name suggests, are located on the left and right sides of the bag. Side seal bags have a maximum thickness of 0.15 mm; the bottom of the bag is closed.

Inductor design and manufacture continues to be one of eldec’s core competences. The inductor forms the foundation of every eldec induction machine. Every inductor is specifically made-to-order for a workpiece. The basis of this is the frequency, material and power density which means that precisely that area of the workpiece is heated that should be heated. eldec heating cables are used for the heating of large components. The form of the inductor and its design are tailored to the geometry of the workpiece area it is to heat. An inductor from eldec is designed using the very latest 3-D CAD solid modelling software, manufactured on CNC machine tools and built by trained personnel with excellent training at eldec in Germany and the USA. This means that every inductor is made to measure, precise and highly accurate.

The Roto-Max is specially designed for use in industrial water. The milling head is made of hardened stainless steel and therefore has a long service life. Most customers buy the Roto-Max incl. a guide cage and nozzle inserts made of ceramic in order to be able to work in pipe diameters from DN 80 to DN 600 without any problems.

Coated and un-coated manufactured special cables and wires made from a variety of raw materials can be used in various safety, control and attenuator elements in automotive engineering. We stock a wide, extremely varied, range of connection components in a variety of designs, sizes and materials, such as brass, tinplated copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Our products are made to customer specifications, in order to best meet their requirements (including breaking strength, elongation, flexing properties, corrosion resistance, DC resistance, low twist and low tension design, workability). Our manufacturing processes are permanently monitored and secured using appropriate procedures. As standard, we use both galvanised and stainless steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10 264 with nominal strength of over 3000 Mpa with adequate ductility. We also use the non-corroding materials 1.4301 (AISI 304), 1.4310 (AISI 301) and 1.4401 (AISI 316) as standard.
