ar feeder for special profiles wanted ? To extend the MULTI 3000 to the bar feeder for special profiles, the Uni-erector can be mounted optionally. It enables the erection of rectangular profiles and special profiles for further transport to connected machine tools. Thus a smooth reloading process is possible. By simply setting a parameter, the erector can be selected or deselected. This enables a quick changeover from round material to a special profile. By deactivating it, the bar loader can load round or hexagonal material as normal. While with activated parameter the bar feeder will load the special or rectangular profile while the reloader is erecting. The use of square material is also optionally possible. The erector consists of two opposite rollers. To erect the material, these rollers move together during reloading. When the bar is threaded into the machine tool, the rollers open again. The distance between the rollers can be easily adjusted.

The HS flex family was developed with the goal of "maximum productivity". Ergonomic aspects were completely redesigned, however, to allow for fast and fatigue-free working for operators and service personnel in every possible working situation. The HS flex handling system can be adapted to six different HERMLE machining centers. The "Metzner RPA 60-LT" is a powerful robot press automation with an outstanding storage system for the highest demands in the handling of pressed parts made of hard metal and metal powder. With a storage capacity of up to 60 sintering plates, the it offers outstanding possibilities for the production of sintered parts of all types. All sintering plates are fed to the machine via four transport trolleys with 15 plates each. The intelligent handling system of the "RPA 60-LT" ensures uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. While the first sintering plate is filled by a linear robot with multifunctional gripper, the handling system provides a second empty plate. The surface quality of the solvent free coating with 100 % UV lacquer, the fast curing time of ≤ 1 second as well as an overspray recovery rate of more than 95 % are impressive features which, by their very nature, offer high economic efficiency. Additional modules individually perform either the cleaning work, dust removal or marking of tubes. This machine technology ensures perfect transport of the tubes without damage to the lacquer coat, while flexibly taking tube properties into account, such as sleeves or caps, diameters from 20-200 or from 200 to 500 mm, required throughfeed speeds of 30 - 100 m/min as well as surface temperatures from +1°C to +40°C. Whether operated as an individual machine or integrated in an adjustment line, the output parameters are characterised by minimum space requirement and low operating and maintenance costs. An alkaline cleaning station that adjusts to the individual degree of soiling of the tube surface to ensure optimum results can be optionally installed together with a drying unit upstream of the pipe coating line. TYP C 043/B Cutting, stamping and bending device for axial components Description To facilitate the placement of short axial leaded components that must be cut before insertion into the circuit board to the appropriate length and bent to the required height and - if necessary - marked. This axial taped components are processed in high- components. The machine type C 043 / B can be adjusted using the adjustment spindles cutting length and the embossing position.
