Spring isolators can be used for source and sender vibration isolation. The springs are manufactured of a special spring steel wire and KTL coated. Every spring isolator can be provided with an additional damping cushion of stainless-steel. Elemente with a frequency range between 3-4 Hz can be provided with a viscous damping, too. Spring isolators with a natural frequency range of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz are especially made for higher forces. They can be expanded in size and load-capacity without any difficulty. JETBOXX® plastic granulate dryers are compressed air based dry-air dryers for mounting directly on the feed section of the processing machine. The JETBOXX® technology guarantees perfect drying results thanks to plastic-specific and throughput-dependent dryer settings. The dryers are available with a volume of 30/50/75 litres and can be optimally adapted to your requirements with a large number of options from the JETBOXX® system. The JETBOXX® control provides a database for plastics, conveying control, week timer, fully automatic decrease and resume of the drying intensity when production is interrupted (overheating protection), automatic restart with preheating program in 1- or 2 shift operation, dew point measurement, speed dial programs, personal programs, and many more. It fits onto any shaft or coupling approx. 15 mm to 200 mm /5/8" to 7 7/8“ in diameter. Stored premounted in the case, the brackets are always ready to use and quickly in place. The chain may be used as a plumb bob to accurately determine the dimension from coupling center to front foot.

The gauges from the VSL Series measure the form, diameter, roundness and eccentricity of the rolls during the grinding process with very high precision. Form, radial run-out and eccentricity are measures with a precision of ± 1 µm. If an interface is available, they communicate online with the controller of the roll grinding machine and thus enable even more cost-effective use of the grinding machine. With the appropriate configuration, they measure the height and lateral alignment of the roll in the grinding machine before grinding, often enabling the set-up time to be significantly reduced. Vollmer produces the automatic roll measuring gauges for both bench-mounted machines where the roll is moved along the grinding wheel and for support machines where the grinding wheel is moved along the rotating roll. Vollmer supplies the systems for a broad spectrum of roll diameters.

The deburring grinding machine is a manually operated, user-friendly deburring machine that is suitable for various machining processes such as grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing of metal surfaces. The swivel arm can rotate 180° and enables the simultaneous mounting of two machining discs. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that fixes the workpiece on the table.
