The basis of short bar loader Multi 3000SL was developed in Switzerland. It was specially designed for turning machine types with a large distance between machine cover and spindle end. The bar feeder is supplied as standard with a Z-axis sliding unit to ensure free access to the Spindle Liner. This makes it easy to change the spindle insert tube. The Bar Loading Magazine is manufactured in Germany with first-class materials and components. The MULTI-3000SL guarantees long-term reliability. It impresses with its service and environmentally friendly design. It is also a fully electric and servo-controlled magazine. Due to the easy access to all parts it is extremely user-friendly. It is very simple to understand and therefore easy to operate. Due to the well thought-out design, set-up and changeover is possible within 2-5 minutes. The patented lifting mechanism guarantees an impact-free and fast loading cycle.

Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The HBE320-523 3D has been developed for cutting 3D-Printing Plates in different sizes up to 500 x 300 mm. Highest precision ensures optimal cutting results and guarantees, that neither the printplate nor the printed parts get damaged. The result is, that the height of the supporting structure of the printed parts can be reduced. The individual fabrication of the bolted plates provides high flexibility for sawing 3D-Printing Plates in different sizes and shapes. The Stop-System with alignment on the printplate simplifies the set-up mode and reduces sources of errors. The fixture ismoveable, which ensures an easy loading and handling. To adapt the sawing system to the process in an optimal way, BEHRINGER offers various options such as machine cover with suction device, spray mist system and individual clamping devices.

In order to produce heavy workpieces with limited available space, Droop+Rein combined the FOGS and TF machine types which are already established on the market into a new machine concept. With the FOGS HD, Droop+Rein offers a machining centre for heavyduty machining, which features high quality and precision at the same time. KLN manufactures various cleaning machines acc. to ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosibles) for the use of combustible liquids. The cleaning machines can be used separately or in combination with other methods. The cleaning tanks must be operated at a well ventilated place. The combustible cleaning agent can be filled in directly into the tanks. The ultrasonic generators are set up separately. A safety thermostat (setting 15°C below the flash point) controls the adherence to a max. temperature and in case of excess temperature it switches the machine off. The cover included in the delivery avoids emissions from the tank during standstills. The machines can also be used in connection with aqueous cleaning methods. The Gronemeyer accumulation table can store large quantities of glasses, bottles or tins. The products are pushed to the accumulation table if there is backlog. The products are later re-fed into production by operating the system in reverse. The machine works according to the First In-Last Out principle.
