The WEC/WDEC410 Series Single and Dual Input Electrodeless Conductivity Controllers measure conductivity of a solution via an encapsulated, non-contacting sensor to control replenishment pumps and alarms. They may be installed in a variety of very harsh chemical control applications, including oily cleaner baths, chromates, rinse tanks, fume scrubbers and other concentrated chemicals up to a conductivity of 1000 mS/cm. Four conductivity ranges may be selected to configure the controller over a wide range of applications. Choice of measurement units is µS/cm, mS/cm, ppm and % concentration. The non-contacting, toroidal sensor technology is immune to thin coatings and the contamination and calibration problems that direct contacting sensors are prone to. The pH-Log3030 is a self-sustaining data logger for unsupervised measurements and logging of pH and temperature. It is perfectly suitable for water quality surveys, e. g. in bodies of water or sewer tunnels, or for monitoring in transportation, e. g. fish or fluids. Once the pH Log3030 has ben set up with a PC it records measurements of the chosen parameters in a freely programmable interval.

The WARP portable is a mobile, radar-based hand-held gauge for selective wall thickness measurement, specially designed for medium and large pipe extrusion as well as for sheets. The application possibilities are very flexible, whether as a quick centering aid in the start-up process, for final production control or as a stock control device. Not only wall thicknesses at pipe ends can be measured, but also the progression inside a pipe section or a sheet. The measurement itself is performed at the push of a button. Construction of customized pilot plants Osmo Membrane Systems GmbH is very experienced in layout, manufacturing and start-up of pilot plants. From a container-installed plant which can be designed frost-proof, up to commercial Pilot plants with remote control and online integration, our product range covers a multitude of applications. Depending on the task, we rent an existing pilot plants or we design a new one. Our product range covers laboratory plants like our plant “MemCell” up to large scale plants. The plants can be delivered with an individual visualization. So, this includes data logging and remote control. By request, the plants may be delivered with a customized visualisation system. You are able with the process control system (PCS) to control the plant and a measurement data logging / interpretation system is implemented too. On customers request a secured remote maintenance and remote control will be also installed.

The EPC Spot is our measuring device for a random check of the gas levels of O2/CO2 in packaging or packaging machines. A sample is taken by a special needle. Due to the small amount of gas the analyser needs for the measurement, blister packs or ampoules can also be tested. As a user, you can enter several limit values for different products in the device. The result is then additionally visualised in red or green. All measurements are stored in the device and can be further processed in various ways. The EPC VM is our measuring device for monitoring O2/CO2 in packaging machines. In addition to continuous measurement of the gas atmosphere, spot measurement of individual packages is also possible. The functionality is the same as with our Zr-Ox EPC spot analyser. Once set, the analyser can also control the gassing of the machine. Our EPC 3GAS analyser is a more flexible variation of the basic model. The device changes the measurement automatically or externally controlled in order to monitor several processes simultaneously or consecutively. The change of the currently active measurement from process 1. to process 2. is done either by an external signal or in an adjustable time interval. Since our sensors can determine the oxygen concentration very quickly, time intervals of 30 seconds are realistically achievable. With desired concentrations of approx. 500 ppm, this is completely sufficient. The EPC SMC is equipped with an integrated proportional valve. This allows the analyser to automatically regulate the gassing in a wide range of processes. All settings for the control can be configured on the unit or via external signals. This means that the customer is not required to control the process completely manually. This gives you the option of controlling the gassing at our analyser or at the plant. For some processes, a single adjustment is sufficient and the production runs fully automatically from then on.
