The UniPower light is the small, powerful and universal Lithium battery pack by SBS. Through our modular design you can configure voltage and capacity to fit your application.

Based on our Unipower Series we evolved this series to the next step with a slider system and a customized self-finding plug concept. More over a cluster management system is integrated, that several batteries can be controlled in one system.

We’ve partnered with automotive manufacturers and battery suppliers to help create superior aluminum energy storage solutions. Aluminum foil is important in lithium-ion batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles because it can serve as the cathode layer. At the same time, aluminum cartridges and cooling plates provide effective housing for the lithium-ion batteries, cooling them and protecting them from the elements.

The ORBIS IonPak® is a UN certified plastic container that is designed to transport solid dangerous goods (e.g. UN3480). The solution consists of a durable standard container with customised inner packaging. The lithium battery shipping boxes are suitable for non-certified batteries, prototypes, battery cells, battery modules and batteries in equipment. For increased part protection, the shock absorbing interior packaging is adapted to the customer’s product and supply chain. trak | powerpack lion is a highly efficient, modular lithium-ion traction battery system consisting of a lithium-ion battery, an HF charger and an integrated battery management system. This lithium-ion battery system is a universal retrofit solution. The traction battery system can be installed in industrial trucks originally designed for lead-acid batteries. How do we improve the durability and performance of products? Through our production of heating mats for lithium-ion batteries and other batteries, we also indirectly contribute to the conservation of resources. In this way, the batteries are better protected against strong or fluctuating temperature influences. This means that they are less prone to failure and have a significantly longer service life and performance. The new IPC charger series is the latest innovation in the field of quick-charging. The universal chargers have integrated communication and support all popular communication protocols, such as CAN, I2C, SM, LIN, HDQ. Li-ion rechargeable battery packs from 24 V to 48 V will be automatically detected. Once the E-BUS charger has made contact with the rechargeable battery, an extensive diagnostics procedure is started. The intelligent chargers identify the rechargeable battery voltage, the charge current is adapted and the charge process started. The output power here is up to 300 W. This enables the shortest possible charge times with simultaneous exchange of parameters to be realised with applications such as in drive systems, power tools or medical equipment. etaTRAY is a Plug-and-Play forklift battery as a retrofit for your industrial truck. Available for all standard industrial truck battery trays with battery capacities of 100–240 Ah.
