Our modern machine pool allows us to produce a wide variety of three-dimensional, technical plush fabrics in different heights, yarns and fibre blends. You benefit from our many years of experience in a wide variety of applications, from painter rollers and cleaning plush fabric to plush fabric for textile washing facilities or individual solutions. We use a wide variety of natural and synthetic fibres, which allows us to find a suitable solution for every application. We also offer lint-free products, of course. In addition to our tried and tested basic qualities, we also develop individual solutions for abrasive and non-abrasive cleaning plush. We can produce plush fabrics tailor-made to your needs using a variety of yarns, fibre blends and coatings. This also includes cleaning plush fabrics for use in fully automatic cleaning systems. Riga Paint Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a painting film on the wear face or both the faces (P/P), providing a panel surface suitable for painting. Riga Paint plywood does not crack during interior and exterior application. Advantages Environmentally friendly, easy and fast to paint, less consumption of paint, no cracking in interior and exterior application. Application Walls, ceilings, surfaces of furniture, front doors to be painted, lorries, factory rooms, containers, household, trailer side boards, traffic signs, information and advertising boards. Overlaying The panel is overlaid with a painting paper and glue film in a hot-pressing process. The total surface weight (depending on the applied films) is 350 - 400 g/m 2. It is possible to have such overlay (P/P) on both faces or a painting paper on one face and a phenol film on the reverse face, or a painting paper on one face and the reverse face of raw plywood in various qualities.
