Our modern machine pool allows us to produce a wide variety of three-dimensional, technical plush fabrics in different heights, yarns and fibre blends. You benefit from our many years of experience in a wide variety of applications, from painter rollers and cleaning plush fabric to plush fabric for textile washing facilities or individual solutions. We use a wide variety of natural and synthetic fibres, which allows us to find a suitable solution for every application. We also offer lint-free products, of course. In addition to our tried and tested basic qualities, we also develop individual solutions for abrasive and non-abrasive cleaning plush. We can produce plush fabrics tailor-made to your needs using a variety of yarns, fibre blends and coatings. This also includes cleaning plush fabrics for use in fully automatic cleaning systems. We make particularly hard-wearing plush fabrics for textile wash facilities, which have been specially developed for use in wet or dry

The RVU grinding machines set new standards in highprecision machining and are especially suitable for high precision grinding applications in the bearing and aerospace industries. The range can be equipped with up to four watercooled grinding spindles which can achieve a performance of 45 kW at 18,000 rev/min. (according to the type of grinding wheel selected) The RVU facilitates a complete machining processing without interruption as optional dressing units, grinding wheel changers and workpiece measurement are available. Additional options for hard metal machining boring and workpiece measurement increase the possible applications of the machine series considerably

The microVEGA™ xMR system provides high throughput laser annealing for monolithic magnetic sensor formation. A highly flexible tool configuration, the microVEGA™ xMR can accommodate both Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) and Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors, as well as easily adjust magnetic orientation, sensor position and sensor dimension—making it an ideal solution for magnetic sensor production. The microVEGA™ xMR uses on-the-fly spot and variable laser energy to provide selective heating of the pinning layer in each sensor in order to “imprint” the intended magnetic orientation. Magnetic field strength and orientation is adjustable by recipe, while high temperature gradients ensure low thermal impact. This allows sensors to be processed directly next to readout electronics as well as closer together, and enables the production of smaller sensors—freeing up space for processing more devices per wafer.
