Flexibility, efficiency and precision play a very important role for machine manufacturers and tool builders, especially when dealing with large components. These three requirements led to the development of the gantry machining centre TS/TFS NEO with a fixed and movable crossbeam, whereby the customer chooses the table designs, controls and milling units suitable for them on a modular basis. The TS/TFS NEO features a new milling unit and a modified Caxis (±400°) which, thanks to its enormous flexibility, can be used for efficient production of highly precise machine parts. The large number of automatically changeable milling heads increases the machine's flexibility within its scope of application. The TFS also allows automatic tool or spindle changing and tool or workpiece measurement.

The 1D measurement device “light” serves for the length measurement of long, narrow workpieces in the productions environment. This product offers a cost-effective alternative exactly for such measurement tasks where a sliding calliper is too short and a measuring tape is too inaccurate. With the 1D measurement device “light”, linear dimensions can be gathered quickly and reliably in the simplest manner. Using the optional available FANh2 Windows® software via the supplied interface cable you can transfer measurement data from the H 2 monitor into test reports. You can select a commonly used H 2 breath test protocol like Lactose intolerance, Intestinal transit time or Bacterial overgrowth from the database and enter the patient’s details along with their symptoms. The software can manages multi-patient H2 sessions stored in the LactoFAN 2 and diagnoses the results. FANh2 will complete the test process by editing a professional report. As well as the many built-in protocols, the software will accept customized protocols entered by the user. In addition you are enabled to continue using your patients’ database coming from breath tests already performed. More than this, you can use the integrated test protocol database and take advantage from the convenient diagnosis and report facilities. Via standard data interfaces like GDT, HL7 or ASTM the software can be connected to practise or hospital EDP–systems easily.
