Riga HPL Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with HPL (High Pressure Laminate) on one or both faces. On the reverse face balance paper can be applied. Overlay HPL is a decorative high-pressure laminate. HPL is made of layers of Kraft paper impregnated with phenol resins (the core) and decorative melamine impregnated paper (the surface layer), manufactured under high pressure and temperature. Colors at customer’s request. Application Furniture industry: kitchen and laboratory furniture components and worktops; furniture for shops. Transport industry and construction: finishing works of walls and ceiling, surfaces where high wear resistance and appearance are required. Sizes 1220 mm x 2400 / 3050 mm 1250 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm Cut-to-size panels, machining and processing up to ready furniture components in accordance with the customers’ requirements. Thicknesses Plywood ( Riga Ply) nominal thickness is 6.5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 mm. To Riga Ply thickness the following should be added: 2 x 0,6 mm (HPL thickness), if HPL is applied on both faces 0.6 + 0.15 mm (balance paper thickness), if HPL is applied only on one face

Riga Smooth Mesh Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a phenol film or with an UV resistant film on both faces. The wear face has a smooth wire mesh pattern (WH); the reverse normally is smooth, although it can have wire mesh pattern, too. Riga Smooth Mesh wire mesh overlay is decorative and resists hard wear. Film colour Dark brown (120, 130 (wear resistant), 167 and 220 g/m 2) Light brown (120 g/m 2) Yellow non - transparent (167 g/m 2) Green (120 g/m 2) Black (120 g/m 2) Red (220 g/m 2) Grey (UV resistant, 174 g/m 2) Titanium Grey (amino film, 220 g/m 2) Blue (UV resistant, 200 g/m 2) Our specialists will advise the most appropriate overlay depending on end use and film availability. Advantages The smooth wire mesh surface has high resistance to wear, it is decorative, weather- and water-proof, and resists to commonly used chemicals, easy-to-clean. In addition, the product is environmentally friendly. Applications For walls and applications where high wear resistance and/or decorativeness is required. Overlaying A smooth phenol or UV resistant film, which is hot-pressed onto the surface, is used as an overlay. The phenol film is composed of a basic paper which is impregnated with phenol resin. The UV resistant film is impregnated with special thermosetting mixture of polymers containing amino resins. Riga Smooth Mesh have smooth wire mesh pattern imprinted in hot pressing process. On special request, panels can be overlaid with multi layer phenol film thus giving superior wear resistance of overlay. The overlaying film can be the same on both faces or it can differ. Wire mesh pattern can be of two kinds: Large Mesh - 2.5 mesh per 1cm Small Mesh - 4.5 mesh per 1cm Sizes 1220 mm x 2440 / 3050 mm (thickness: 6.5 - 45 mm) 1250 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm (thickness: 6.5 - 45 mm) 1500 mm x 2500 / 3000 mm 1525 mm x 3050 / 3660 mm 2150 mm x 3050 / 3340 / 3850 mm Cut-to-size panels and machined panels available in accordance with the customers’ requirements. Thicknesses 6.5, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 mm.

Riga Tex Birch plywood ( Riga Ply) overlaid with a phenol film or with UV resistant film on both the faces. The wear face has a rough wire mesh pattern (W); the reverse normally is smooth (F), although it can have wire mesh pattern, too (grade W/W). Riga Tex rough wire mesh overlay withstands hard wear and it can be used for many different floor-panelling purposes. Film colour Dark brown (120, 130 (wear resistant), 167 and 220 g/m 2) Light brown (120 g/m 2) Yellow non - transparent (167 g/m 2) Green (120 g/m 2) Black (120 g/m 2) Red (220 g/m 2) Grey (UV resistant, 174 g/m 2) Titanium Grey (amino film, 220 g/m 2) Our specialists will advise the most appropriate overlay depending on end use and film availability. Advantages The wire mesh surface has high wear resistance and anti-slip properties, surface is weather- and water-proof, resists to commonly used chemicals. In addition, the product is environmentally friendly. Applications Vehicle floors, pedestrian bridges, storage and factory floors, storage shelves, loading platforms, ship decks, pier surfaces. In general - applications where high wear resistance and/or good anti-slip properties are required. On special request, panels can be overlaid with wear resistant phenol film or/and multi-layer phenol film and both the faces can have a wire mesh pattern.
