We offer a wide range of standard backlights in LED technology. We offer lightguide/lightpipe (indirect, guided light) LEDs or lightbox (direct, matrix) backlights as well – depending on the requirements of the application. On customers demand we also supply EL (electroluminescence foil) and CCFL backlights or any lightguide-plastic-bodies. We also supply new innovative backlight technologies based on OLED materials in cooperation with MERCK. If we do not find a standard solution for your application we also can supply a customized solution at low volume and low price.

We offer high-quality stainless steel keyboards for a wide range of applications. Our product range includes full-sized keyboards in various sizes, pure numeric keypads as well as function keys. The keyboards are highly resistant to influences such as vandalism, extreme temperatures, liquids and dirt, making them ideal for use in demanding environments. Our key inscriptions are realised by laser engraving or etching, making the key symbols wear-free. We also offer coloured graphics, raised symbols such as Braille or other customised inscriptions. Transparent lightboard, size 130x210 cm. Glass chalkboard made of tempered glass on a metal collapsible frame with wheels. Powder coated in black. Adjustable LED RGB backlighting and speaker lighting. The board is height adjustable when assembled. Fluorescent markers are illuminated, clearly visible, both in video and offline use easily wiped off the board with an ordinary wipe/towel. Fluorescent markers as a gift.

Most of our modules operate within the wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C) without negative voltage. A contrast-voltage of ~ 4,5 Volt is required (against Vdd). The twist of 240° results in excellent contrast and improved viewing cone. We use a 16pin version PCB with optional pins for the LED-backlight (A/K). Our modules have LED-limit-resistances already on board. These resistors can be changed or bridged easily. If neccessary, the power consumption and brightness can be optimized as per customer's request. The metal bezel is set on ground. If neccessary, our PCB is prepared for disconnection. We offer a variety of Graphic-modules starting from 120 x 32 dots to 320 x 240 dots (1/4 VGA). Most of our modules operate within the wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C). Depending on the multiplex rate we have designed several models in STN and FSTN technology. For the backlight we use LED, EL or CCFL depending on type of color, quality, lifetime and price. Different kind of technologies are possible: COB is available for most modules using backlight. COG is recommended for applications where space is limited. New technical concepts allow us to achieve wide temperature range modules without price increase. Most of our products are available from stock. If you do not find any product which can fit into your application we have the capability to manufacture customized- or semicustomized designs also at low volumes and an economical price level.

Flat led backlight system with border illumination for transmitted light- and contour applications for machine vision systems. At nearly all of our back lightings we are working with border illumination. The LEDs are not situated in the lighting area itwelf but below the unlighted edge. The light of the LEDs will be injected into the border of a flat light conductor and uncoupled equally via a calculated dot matrix system. This technique comes originally from the premises of planistar. The dot matric course are sitll being calculated from us an manufactured ba very precise UV print machines. So the square light has an very diffus and even light on the measuring surface. We can produce from very small led lights to very big monster lights every size you need for your vision light system. The high-power led backlights are with switch input for steady or flashing. The controller for the current are always inside.
