We offer our customers laser cutting of fine and thin sheets, as well as laser fine cutting of materials with very low material thicknesses (0.02 mm – 4.00 mm) as contract manufacturing. Of course we manufacture from the first sample and also up to mass production. If you do not know whether your material is suitable for processing with the laser, we will be happy to find out for you and provide you with a first demonstration sample free of charge.

When using high-performance CO2 lasers for welding applications, metal mirrors are usually preferred for beam guidance. Depending on the desired application, the configuration of the machining head is composed of modular individual components according to customer requirements. The possibilities are almost unlimited, ranging from the simplest welding head to complex 3D machining heads. The FH40/C focusing heads are used for laser power up to 5 KW and raw beam diameters up to max. 30mm, the FH60 focusing head for laser power up to 15 KW and raw beam diameters up to max. 50mm. All optical units have connections for direct water cooling, are available with different coatings and are generally available from stock. In addition to the cross-jet for the efficient reduction of splashes and smell on the mirror optics, protective gas feeds with a lateral or coaxial flow direction are also offered for targeted coverage of the welding torch.

The Select laser class 1 welding system offers maximum flexibility for complex welding tasks with 3 different operating modes (manual, semiautomatic and CNC), large working chamber space for bulky/heavy components and servo motorcontrolled linear axes. The system is easily controlled via a multifunctional joystick and/or a touchscreen display, which allows all inputs and parameters to be intuitively entered, managed and saved for recurring tasks.

The Select laser welder is a freestanding, fully integrated system with a large workspace and unique control concept. Manual welding, joystickcontrolled deposition welding or complete CNC automation Equipped with a fiber laser or a pulsed NdYAG laser source, the Select offers a unique welding concept with four highprecision axes, short setup times and simple CNC programming. Parameter input is simple and requires no special knowhow via a multifunctional joystick and/or a large touchscreen.

The Performance Family consists of three different models of manual laser welders Performace Basic, Performance Unlimited and Performance Open. Depending on the configuration, they enable the processing of components either in a closed working chamber, a closed working chamber with lasersafe safety curtain, or open without a working chamber, depending on the size of the component to be processed. The Coherent desktop laser is a universally applicable, compact system for manual welding tasks. To ensure reliability and high quality process results, the system features computercontrolled laser pulses, monitored cooling, easy workpiece positioning via the stereo microscope, and a welding assistance system. The efficient housing design provides a large work space, yet is compact enough to fit in tight spaces.

The KLN QSW 400 L is a modular laser welding machine. The advantage of the modular structure is that the central laser welding machine can remain unchanged in the various welding tasks and only the housing and its frame structure must be adapted to the actual welding task. The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom, and which can be adjusted to the height of the operator via the height-adjustable foot plate. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions. The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding. The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading.

The laser welding systems of the AL series can be used universally. They might be integrated into existing machine structures or used with an application device for manual welding. In combination with our NC-controlled laser machining table AL-T you get a real professional solution. We offer the required performance class for every application. You can choose between 75 and 900 W. There is a wide range of processing lenses and equipment options for these laser systems. The ALM laser system is particularly suitable for welding large molds and tools, housings and machine components - wherever mobility and maneuverability are required. With the ALM you have exactly the mobility you need for welding. No matter whether in your own workshop or on site at the customer. The laser is ready for use within a few minutes. The arm can be quickly adjusted to the area to be welded and fixed in the desired working position using electro-hydraulic brakes. The operator then has the option of welding manually using a joystick or semi-automatically. One or more axes are automatically moved at a preset speed and with the joystick curves can be driven or small corrections made.

We recommend this laser welding machine especially for working on large molds. The laser arm has a range of almost 2.80 m. The highest working point is 2 m and the lowest is 80 cm. The laser system is positioned on the workpiece quickly, easily and with millimeter precision. With its highly movable arm and flexible, slim look, the ALFlak Max reaches (almost) every welding point. The laser power can be selected with 150 W or 200 W, ideal for welding all common metals quickly and reliably. Various work tables can be placed in front of the lifting column. With long weld seams, the ALFlak takes advantage of its large travel axes. A weld seam with a length of up to 500 mm is possible without settling - manually or according to a specified program. Welding can be done in manual mode, semi-automatic or fully programmed. The use of an automatic wire feeder or a rotary axis is also possible. It is the versatile possibilities for mobile welding that make it a very special welding system.

This laser system is quickly set up for the welding task. The flexible laser arm can be rotated 360 ° and offers a very high or low working position. The laser head can be rotated to the left and right and the tilt-swivel lens directs the laser beam to the point desired by the operator.
