EGE flow sensors without integrated Amplifier permit the space-saving flow measurement on site and the comfortable setting of the limit value using separate amplifier, e.g. within a control cabinet. The measurement takes place without mechanically moving parts using a thermal measuring element. The current flow state is displayed at the amplifier using LEDs. The sensor can be exposed to high temperatures. The devices are used wherever a safe, robust and low-maintenance monitoring of flow values is required. This includes e.g. cooling circuit monitoring, monitoring of the flow rate of process fluids, monitoring of metering processes or also for pump protection in process and factory automation.

The DKRF470 Series of transducers was designed for sophisticated measurement applications (humidity and temperature) such as in process automation, HVAC in public swimming pools or greenhouses. Based on the latest capacitive sensor technology by Sensirion (CMOSens) the devices provide a precise yet affordable solution for a variety of potential measuring tasks. They are extremely resitant to dust as well as most chemicals and provide high accuracy and reliability (+/-1.8%RH / +/-0.3°C). The sensor head is available as a spare part with or without a certificate of calibration which allows you to change it on-site.

The DW292 is specifically designed for cutting monocrystalline silicon ingots up to 300mm diameter into high quality wafers for the semiconductor industry. The newly developed DW292-300 can be operated with slurry wire, as well as with diamond wire, and has sophisticated features for optimizing warp and ripple. The longer wire field, as well as the higher wire speed and acceleration, enable a higher throughput per machine and year. The use of extremely thin wire is possible thanks to smaller inertia of moving parts, fewer deflection rollers and shorter wire distance. The DW292-300 is highly resistant to temperature fluctuations and vibrations due to its compact and robust machine frame made of mineral casting. Thanks to higher process automation and the new intuitive HMI with dialog-based production wizard, operation is safer, easier and faster.
