M-150 Super Finish is a top quality formula containing extremely fine and uniform abrasives with outstanding polishing action for hand er high temperature machine polishing. Especially developed for polishing of polyrethane Iaquire and gel-coated or epoxy surfaces where a super finish is required. Also recommended for use on finished parts for a fast touch-up of imperfect er dull surfaces. M-150 has an extremely gentle cutting action to achieve the smoothest, high gloss finish possible, and requires therefore a good basis surface prior to application. lt is recommended to use OSKAR'S M-100 for the removal of deeper sanding marks er surface imperfections. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

Niro Präzisionstechnik specializes in the manual mechanical processing of stainless steel thin sheets up to 4 mm. Our specialty are funnels, composite shapes, reductions and transitions, for example from round to square. All connections are welded while avoiding the inclusion of oxygen, and the weld seams are made invisible through careful polishing. The workpieces are machined free of tension and distortion with uniform wall thicknesses. We only process non-rusting materials such as V2A and V4A stainless steel, titanium alloys and aluminum. Our production conditions allow the manufacture of products for clean room applications such as those used in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology and in the food industry. M-50 is an universal, fast cutting formula of medium fine abrasives with extre­mely uniform particles that gives an ontstanding polishing action for high tem­perature machine buffing. M-50 is developed to simplify all common heavy duty buffing, formulated especially for the preparation and the maintenance of Polyester and Epoxy moulds er surfaces. Developed for quick and easy remo­val of coarse marks and scratches, remaining on the surface after the „wet and dry" sanding procedures. For the final deep gloss finish, OSKAR'S M-100 BUFFING AND POLISHING COMPOUND is recommended. Contains no additives harmful to Polyester gelcoats er Epoxy surfaces. These machines are capable of executing complex lapping routines while producing precise and repeatable results. These units, available for maximum component diameters of 51mm on the DL175, 114mm on the DL370, up to 170mm on the DL500, can lap a wide range of materials to very tight specifications. Excellent results have been obtained in the processing of a wide range of materials and components including glass, ceramics, crystals and ferrous materials. The Lapmaster line of Dual-Lap machines are based upon a two-way & three way planetary concept designed to yield very precise and repeatable results. Only the Inner and Outer Gears rotate allowing the carriers to move around the surface of the plates, whilst the top and bottom plate stay stationary. The larger DL500 and DL770 use a 3-way system, where the top plate, bottom plate and sun gear rotate.
