High levels of economic efficiency, firstclass comfort When compared with the Sweepmaster 900 R, the Sweepmaster 980 R/RH offers even more features and individual extras. Even more powerful drive systems as well as an automated filtercleaning system and many practical, optional extras extend the machine’s range of applications. Comfort seats, flashing beacons, a vacuum cleaner (batterypowered version) or an overhead guard are available for individual configuration. This rideon vacuum sweeper is particularly manoeuvrable and provides a high sweeping performance of up to 7,200 m²/h, which makes it ideal for cleaning mediumsized areas.

The Peter Wolters AC 2000 double-sided batch processing machine is designed for high-precision series production of workpieces. Thanks to its modular design, the AC 2000 can be used as a fine grinding, lapping, honing and polishing machine. Like all machines in the microLine© series, the AC 2000 relies on proven core components such as the high-precision pneumatic loading system, the non-contact micro-measurement control, the powerful drive technology and the PC-supported machine guidance. The software used for this is specially developed by Peter Wolters and enables complete menu-driven and intuitive operation of the machine. For optimum access to the working area, the entire upper part of the machine can be swung out.

The ecoLine linear model surface and profile grinding machines are comprised of a single steel base design. The longitudinal linear motor drive table with a max. speed of 60 m/min is its defining characteristic. Since 1999 hundreds of these travelling table machines have been delivered and are well established in the market. The ecoLine model is available with a grinding area of 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 x 700 mm. The machine is equipped with linear guides in all three axes. The Y- and Z-axes are driven by servo motors and ball screws (KGT) while the longitudinal X-axis table is powered via direct drive linear motor. The standard 11 kW grinding spindle can be upgraded up to 26 kW. A wide variety of available options like different types of dressing units provide customization capabilities for specific requirements.
