Base plate - Import export

This EtherCAT I/O module has been specifically designed with industrial environments in mind. Its IP 65 protection allows its installation anywhere at the machine making switching cabinets and further housings more or less redundant. You may mount the unit directly on a base plate. Due to the modules integral plug connector system, sensors and actuators are never far away from the modules. Standardised cable connections reduce mounting times while enhancing the security of the wiring. The IP65 EtherCAT I/O modules are intended for mechanical & plant engineering applications also in conjunction with systems other than those supplied by Kendrion Kuhnke Automation.

The robust OAC vibratory feeder coil series consists of a UI core and two excitation windings connected in series. Continuous controllability via drive voltage and/or frequency, high power ratings and optimally minimized eddy current losses characterize the electromagnet. The direction of oscillation is achieved by the geometric arrangement of the springs. The useful oscillation amplitude corresponds to twice the amplitude of the oscillation frequency of the overall system. OAC oscillating solenoids from Kendrion are used in spring mass systems to generate directional, linear oscillating movements. The vibratory feeder coil is available in 16 different sizes with universal mounting options and is supplied without a spring mass system. On request, the OAC series are also available with a base plate for mounting or a KTL coating for increased corrosion protection.

Our sound proof boxis made of quality metal sheets and powder coated in standard RAL colors. It reduces the noise level more than 10 dB(A) and ensures a quiet and ergonomic working enviroment. With the base-plate feature a continious operation can be kept as on the basic unit, due to the integrated air colling fan.
