Amplifiers for EGE high temperature limit switches feature an auto-calibration of the switching point at the press of a button. EGE amplifiers provide switching signals or analogue signals, dependent on the device.

EGE offers ultrasonic sensors with up to 600 cm distance from the medium surface, ultrasonic sensors for applications in humid environments in protection class IP 68, IP 69, and ultrasonic sensors in small compact designs. Ultrasonic sensors continuously issue an ultrasonic pulse. The ultrasonic signal is reflected at the medium surface. The filling level is continuously calculated from the runtime of the echo of an ultrasonic pulse. The sensors output PNP switching signals or a 4...25 mA signal. Ultrasonic sensors are particularly suited for applications where no media contact with the sensor is desired or the sensor cannot be installed from the side or in the immediate vicinity of the medium for design reasons.

The MFC sensors are also suited for separation layer detection. The sensitivity is adjustable. The sensors are based on a special variant of microwave frequency shift technology. The medium to be detected functions as dielectric. The medium in touch with the sensor generates a capacity change. This is converted into a switching signal or an analogue 4...20 mA output signal. Level sensors of series KGFR are ideal for media with low DK value. The PTFE sleeve makes the sensor resistant to aggressive media and together with the round design ensures the fast slippage of the medium.

Conductive level monitor for the detection of conductive media. With this sensor, the resistance between two electrodes is measured. If a medium shorts both electrodes, the resistance decreases and a switching signal is generated. Buildup is no problem for this sensor.

P-Sense transducers for pressure and temperature can be used both in air and in water or other fluids. Devices come with analog, digital or switching output and can be configured for absolute pressure or gauge pressure measurements. Potential fields of application are water level monitoring or fluid level measurements, e. g. in bodies of water, sewage treatment plants, storage tanks etc. The p-Sense320 probe can be fitted with an RS485 interface instead of an analog output which can optionally be connected to a computer using a RS232 adapter. Connection and data transfer to a PC/notebook can established with the Windows terminal.

The P-Log3021-MMC was specifically developed for applications demanding an increased memory capacity and high sampling rates. The measurement of the water level is carried out based on a piezoresistive pressure sensor and the measurement of the temperature is achieved by a high-precision measuring resistor. Its exceptionally high resolution and accuracy allow for water level and wave movements to be measured accurately to the very last millimetre.

The MikroLog2 is a miniaturised data logger for water level and temperature measurements. There are two models available - one combines water level and temperature and the other measures temperature only. Suitable fields of applications are wells, one inch pipes, drill holes (e. g. geothermal drilling) as well as open waters. The outstanding benefits of the MikroLog2 are its small diameter of only 16 mm and length of 110 mm, its long battery life, the large memory capacity and its excellent accuracy.The MikroLog2 is available with various measurement ranges between 1 and 50 bar which offers the appropriate range, including the ideal resolution and accuracy, for every measurement. It makes a continuous monitoring possible. Its logging interval can be configured between 1 second and 24 hours, and in fast mode even intervals of 2 Hz...32 Hz can be set.

The models P-Log3020 PA (=absolute pressure) and P-Log3020 PR (=gauge pressure) are data loggers capable of measuring water level with an accuracy of a few millimeters and also water temperature. Highlights of these data loggers are their high resolution as well as large memory. They offer a high long-term stability and provide reliable measurements over many years without a battery change thanks to an optimised energy consumption.

This oil-free piston vacuum pump is equipped with a capacitor, a vibration absorber and a silencer. It provides a displacement of 79 l/min and reaches a maximal vacuum of 27 mbar (abs).
