The Vaisala HUMICAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMT360 is the ideal solution for measuring humidity in hazardous areas. The HMT360 transmitters' proven performance and technology conform with rigorous international standards. The transmitters operate safely and reliably even in the most hazardous classifications. Intrinsically Safe The HMT360 transducer can be installed in areas pemanently classified as exposed to explosion hazards. This includes flammable gases as well as combustible dust. Customer-specific Configuration Microprocessor controlled electronics and a broad range of options make the HMT360 series very flexible. When ordering, the customer can customize the product according to their specific application and requirements.

The HMW90 Series Humidity and Temperature Transmitters are designed for demanding HVAC applications, where high accuracy, stability, and reliable operation are required. The flexible HMW90 series offers a variety of options and features. Transmitters include a display and a sliding cover with either an opening for the display or a solid front. Both analog and digital output options, including special scalings and calculated parameters, are available.

The DKP900 is a differential pressure transducer suitable for almost every HVAC application. The measurement range as well as the analog output signal can be set and adjusted on site. Therefore you will only have to keep one model type in storage for any of your applications. You can choose from two sensor ranges 0...1 000 Pa and 0...10 000Pa which are scaleable with a DIP switch. The transducer comprises a sensor with good long-term stability and an optional zero point calibration, which can be performed at the push of a button. A module for automated calibration can be built-in, too. This allows for regular calibration and makes it virtually maintenance free. The DKP900 is protected against splash water according to IP65 making it suitable for operation under rough conditions.

Vaisala INTERCAP® Humidity and Temperature Transmitter Series HMDW80 measure relative humidity and temperature in various building automation applications. Transmitters combine easy installation and reliable operation with a low requirement for maintenance. The versatile HMDW80 series includes transmitters for wall and duct mounting, IP65-classified transmitters for humid areas, and transmitters with a radiation shield for outdoor use. It also includes temperature-only transmitters and transmitters with an optional display. Calculated humidity parameters – dew point temperature, wet bulb temperature, and enthalpy – are also available.

The DKRF417 humidity and temperature transducer ist the best choice for measurements at very high pressure levels. It is pressure-resistant up to 30 bar. Thanks to its small dimensions and M8 thread it is very well suited for applications within compressed air lines with small diameter. The probe’s operating range is 0...100% RH and it tolerates temporary condensation. It delivers highly accurate readings of up to 1.8%RH / 0.3°C. Micro Sensor for Humidity and Temperature The Micro Sensor DKRF410 is available as one of two models which are especially suitable for humidity and temperature measurements in areas difficult to access such as insulation, concrete walls, floor screed, product and packaging tests. The DKRF410 probe has a range of 0...100% RH and offers an accuracy of up to 2% RH. At the same time temperature measurements with a range of -40...+80°C can be undertaken. Two separate analogue outputs each provide a linear signal f 0...1V / 0...5V or 0...10V. A passive output signal for temperature (PT100) can also be provided. If you require a 4-20 mA output signal the DKRF 473 industrial transmitter can be used with the -XS and -XXS probe. The DKRF410 is also available with digital outputs (RS232, USB, RS485).

The DKRF420 is a transducer for humidity and temperature designed for flush-mounted boxes. Their benefits become evident when used in museums and historic buildings or in pharmaceutical and medical laboratories. The transducer’s electronic components completely immerse into the flush-mounted box (required mounting depth: 30 mm). It is covered by a mounting plate and can be plastered leaving only the small stainless steel probe (d=8 mm, l=20 mm) stick out of the wall.

The Driesen + Kern GmbH DKRF425 probe series for flush-mounting is designed for controls and automation such as in HVAC. The sensors measure tempeature, humidity, CO2 concentration and light intensity. They fit into standard flush-mounted boxes and are compatible to switch product ranges of several manufacturers. This makes them well suited for integration in existing building concepts.

Applications The humidity/temperature probe DKRF400-RSxxx can be easily connected to existing devices and facilities, e. g. to an RS232 input. The output provides a standard ASCII stream with basic protocols which can be controlled through the Windows terminal. The RS485 model can be used to build a network of up to 255 probes and offers several operating odes (polling/streaming etc.).

Reasonably Priced and Precise The humidity / temperature probe DKRF400 was designed for applications where cost-efficient, flexible solutions and high accuracy are essential. The probe can operate within a range of 0...100%RH and offers an accuracy of +/-1.8%RH between 20...80%RH. Even in rough conditions beyond this range it provides accurate readings (see data sheet). Regardin temperature, the probe's accuracy is +/-0.3°C at 25°C. Two separate analog outputs each provide a linear signal of 0..1/0..5/0..10VDC or 4..20mA with an optional module. Miniaturized Design The DKRF400 probe distinguishes itself through its miniaturized and robust design. The probe's operating range is 0...100% RH and it tolerates temporary condensation. It delivers accurate readings (up to +/-1.8RH / +/-0.3°C) even when working in compressed air up to 2 bar.

The DKRF470 Series of transducers was designed for sophisticated measurement applications (humidity and temperature) such as in process automation, HVAC in public swimming pools or greenhouses. Based on the latest capacitive sensor technology by Sensirion (CMOSens) the devices provide a precise yet affordable solution for a variety of potential measuring tasks. They are extremely resitant to dust as well as most chemicals and provide high accuracy and reliability (+/-1.8%RH / +/-0.3°C). The sensor head is available as a spare part with or without a certificate of calibration which allows you to change it on-site.

The DKRF670 Series by Driesen + Kern GmbH was developed for measuring humidity related parameters especially in industrial applications. All models have a relative humidity measuring range of 0...100%RH and can also measure temperature. Calculated variables such as absolute humidity (g/m3), dew point (°C), mixing ratio (g/kg) are optionally available. The series' measurements are very accurate for humidity (up to +/-1.8%RH) as well as temperature (up to +/-0.1K). An ISO9001 traceable certificate is included in delivery. Three analog output signals are provided for a customer-specific combination of the chosen parameters (relative humidity, temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, dew point). The DKP1010 is a differential pressure transmitter for sophisticated applications with high accuracy. Several ranges are available starting from +/-20Pa to 0..2000hPa. The differential pressure transmitter has a number of up to 4 analogue outputs (0-1V, 0-5V, 0-10V or (0)4..20mA) as well as a USB port to configure the unit according to your demands. This includes velocity or flow rate calculations, ranges outputs and more. Further options are a RS232-Port, LC-Display and alarm output.
