WIWOX® 340 is a weakly alkaline cleaning agent for grease, oil and oil carbon soiling. Very suitable for pre-cleaning or basic cleaning of soiled steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal or plastic parts in an ultrasonic bath or in a spray cleaning system. After cleaning and without water rinsing, the parts are temporarily protected against corrosion. The final drying can be accelerated by blowing off with compressed air, a warm air flow or treatment in a drying cabinet. WIWOX® 340 can be used in a concentration of 5 – 7 %. Dilution with water depends on the degree of contamination and the intended exposure time. The bath should have a temperature of approx. 60° C. The bath should be kept at a constant temperature. In the field of precision mechanics, longer exposure times are possible depending on the degree of contamination.

We manufacture pressure and feed rollers for moulders, feeders and belt sanders according to drawings or samples, completely ready for installation. The choice of roll coating, the design in smooth or grooved form and the most suitable degree of hardness must be determined by the customer. Weinig rollers consist of a core made of aluminum or gray cast iron. In addition to the polyurethane materials that have long been tried and tested in the wood processing industry, the elastomer Vulkollan® is mainly used for the coating. The core mounting holes are designed as a keyway or with three side holes.The Weinig rollers are mainly coated with the elastomer Vulkollan® patented by Bayer. The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. Copper deficiency is rare in humans but certain illnesses and taking high doses of zinc, iron or molybdenum can lead to lower copper levels in the body. Each tablet contains 2000 µg copper.

The GEMÜ 532 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance aluminium piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life.
