Testing of assembled components provides an advantage for evaluating the combination of potentially incompatible materials. An Atlas Walk-in allows testing of oversized samples and assembled components, such as motorcycles, electrical panels for outdoor use, household appliances, vehicle seats, pressurized cyclinders, bicycles, military items, ranch and farm machinery, snowmobiles, window/door assemblies and much more. Installing MH (metal halide) or MHG (metal halide global) luminaries in Atlas Walk-in chambers increases the testing capabilities for any lab. NOW, entire assemblies and oversize samples can be tested for UV resistance, corrosion and other environmental conditions in the same unit. Novelis specialty aluminum offers a range of possibilities for interior and decorative designs. The light weight and flexibility make it ideal for use in aluminum ceiling panels. Smooth or perforated, Novelis pre-painted products can be used for aluminum ceiling panels, grid ceilings, long panel cassettes, lamp grid elements, substructure partitions, aluminum decorative panels and support rails. The aluminum also can be combined with other materials to achieve excellent acoustic absorbance. With the modular production of aluminum ceiling tiles, if there’s ever any damage, only that area requires replacement, making maintenance simple and more cost-effective. With the versatility of aluminum, interior spaces can be as visually impressive as the exterior. Novelis pre-painted and anodized aluminum can make rooms better from the top down, providing options to enhance ceilings in a room, as well as the furniture to fill it.

The injector-glass-blasting cabin is operated by hand with a gun. A blast-collecting collector ensures a smooth blasting circuit within the system. With the help of roller rails, as well as through-slots (on the side and in the roof surface with special brushes against the penetration of dust), surface treatment of glass panes is easy. On the front side there is an easy-open loading door for radiating hollow glass bodies. A work grate and two shock-proof long-field lamps (for glare-free illumination of the blasting chamber) guarantee a smooth workflow. The foot switch as well as the drain cup on the blasting agent funnel, an attached control box with pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, motor protection switch, on / off button, solenoid valve, control lights, switches for interior lighting, main switch, emergency stop switch and support control ensure uncomplicated operation.
