Our thermal management and insulation products are far from being just interim solutions. The Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) from Seifert electronic GmbH ensure optimal thermal connection between heat sinks and the components to be cooled. As electronic assemblies become increasingly compact, even a tiny gap between individual components can disrupt the necessary heat dissipation. Air pockets between the heat sink and the component being cooled hinder the optimal thermal connection. Possible consequences include temperature overload, which can lead to overheating in the worst-case scenario. Thermal management and insulation products act as connectors between the heat sink and the electronic component being cooled. They fill every tiny gap between the heat sink and semiconductor with thermally conductive material. This ensures optimal thermal connection and prevents any heat buildup.

Micro Sensor for Humidity and Temperature The Micro Sensor DKRF410 is available as one of two models which are especially suitable for humidity and temperature measurements in areas difficult to access such as insulation, concrete walls, floor screed, product and packaging tests. The DKRF410 probe has a range of 0...100% RH and offers an accuracy of up to 2% RH. At the same time temperature measurements with a range of -40...+80°C can be undertaken. Two separate analogue outputs each provide a linear signal f 0...1V / 0...5V or 0...10V. A passive output signal for temperature (PT100) can also be provided. If you require a 4-20 mA output signal the DKRF 473 industrial transmitter can be used with the -XS and -XXS probe. The DKRF410 is also available with digital outputs (RS232, USB, RS485).

The expanded foam is a version of Styropor® that contains graphite with insulation properties that are ten percent better. The very low thermal conductivity combined with high compressive resistance makes it the perfect material for technical molded parts. Storopack uses Neopor® to manufacture insulation elements for building sections such as the roof and walls as well as perimeter bases and panels for laying underfloor heating systems. With the integrated IPC the gas filling process is visualised and automatically documented. Only with this product you have a verification of quality for all filling processes, for each IG unit – automated, without additional effort. Allocation of the IG unit is executed via barcode.
