The first flowmeter with touch screen display and backlighting convinces with its simple, demand-oriented display and operability, the multilingual interface and the compact design: The rotating swash plate and a magnet enable the exact measurement of the flow rate and measures solvents, acids, alkalis, highly inflammable liquids, oils and neutral media precisely, quickly and above all efficiently. Optionally, the desired quantity can be preselected with the quantity preselection (relay module), so that the pump or the system switches off automatically after the selected quantity. This further simplifies and secures the operation of the systems. * Optional with volume preselection (relay module) * Media examples: Methanol, petrol, isopropanol, kerosene, formic acid, acetic acid, acetone, styrene, xylene, toluene, etc. * Mobile on a Drum pump or with a nozzle connection or stationary in plant engineering

The danger of electrostatic charges must always be observed when loading, unloading or handling bulk solids or inflammable liquids in the petrochemical, chemical, gas, as well as in the food and feed industry. For application with containers, IBCs, barrels or trays, the EKX-4 (2-pole) is the Grounding Control Device to choose. APPLICATION AREAS: EKX-4 (2-pole) is mounted stationary, close to the loading/unloading gantry. It is used in gas and dust hazardous areas of zone 1 and 21 for objects to be grounded, that cannot be detected by the standard 1-pole Grounding Control Device EKX-4 such as containers, IBCs or barrels. Further areas of application are the grounding of materials handled with trays on conveyors in automated industrial processes.

DO YOU FILL OR EMPTY TANK TRUCKS, SILO TRUCKS OR RAILWAY WAGONS? During loading and unloading inflammable liquids or solids an explosive gas and dust atmosphere may arise – a single spark can be sufficient to initiate an explosion. To prevent this, the occurring electrostatic charges must be discharged safely. TIMM’s Grounding Control Devices ensure static electricity is discharged to the ground by a grounding cable and continuously monitor the grounding quality. If there is an interruption of the grounding connection, the filling process will be interrupted immediately.

Application as end-of-line armature for venting apertures on tank installations, valve is explosion-proof and endurance-burning proof for certain inflammable liquids. Used mainly as venting and breather device for fixed roof tanks to prevent inadmissible pressure and vacuum and to minimize unwelcome gas losses and inadmissible emissions. Approved for all materials of the explosion group IIA with a maximum experimental safe gap (MESG) > 0.9 and a maximum operating temperature of 60 °C. The housing is mounted perpendicularly on a tank roof. If required by the customer, the valve is equipped with an explosion-proof condensate drain device.
