The hydraulic industrial shock absorber of the C-series (COMPENSER®) is the ideal hydraulic buffer for storage and retrieval machines or smaller conveyor systems, crane systems, test stands etc. in light to medium mechanical engineering. Due to its short design, this hydraulic buffer (COMPENSER®) can be used in a spacesaving manner as limitation of the end position (as emergency end stop) in industrial applications. In addition, the low reset force allow operational pushin cycles at creep speed. Design & Function: The piston rod 2 enters the metering tube 3. The damping medium flows from the pressure chamber 6 through the throttle orifices 4 of the metering tube 3 into the volume balance chamber 5. The nitrogen gas between the outer tube 7 and the metering tube 3 is compressed and stores the energy required for the reset of the piston rod. When the piston rod 2 returns to the initial position, the damping medium flows back into the pressure chamber 6.

A flow valve is a critical component in various systems where the regulation of fluid flow is necessary. It’s designed to control the rate at which fluid passes through a system, ensuring that the flow matches the requirements of the application.Flow control valves are essential in industrial usage, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. They play a crucial role in regulating the flow of fluids, ensuring optimal performance and efficient operation of machinery and equipment. Control valves can be actuated in various ways, including pneumatically, hydraulically, or with electric motors. Some valves, known as automatic control valves, do not require an external power source and operate solely on fluid pressure.When selecting a flow control valve, it’s important to consider factors such as flow rate and pressure requirements, material compatibility, and environmental conditions.

The preferred field of application for the (gas) hydraulic industrial buffer (COMPENSER®) of the S-series is in the medium to heavy engineering industry sector. As a heavy duty shock absorber it is used in large crane systems (e.g. harbour crane, shipyard crane or container crane), metallurgical plants, rolling mills, loading systems or as end stop integrated in a rail buffer stop. Design & Function: The gas-filled inner tube 2 enters the outer tube 9. The damping medium flows from the pressure chamber 6 through the throttle orifices 8 of the metering tube 7 into the volume balance chamber 5. The separating piston 4 simultaneously moves in the direction of the impact cap 1 and compresses the nitrogen gas filling. In the gas space 3, the energy is stored which is required for the reset of the inner tube. When the inner tube 2 returns to the initial position, the separating piston 4 moves in the opposite direction and presses the damping medium back into the pressure chamber 6.

The COMPENSER® of the KL-series is an industrial shock absorber for light mechanical engineering, e.g. handling equipment, small storage and retrieval machines and small crane systems. Due to the low reset force of the compression spring, this buffer of the KL-series is well suited for operational push-in cycles at creep speed. Design & Function: The piston rod 2 pushes the piston 6 into the pressure chamber 7. At the same time, the damping medium flows through the metering grooves placed in the outer tube 8, via the piston 6 and into the volume balance chamber 5. The return spring 3 is tensioned and, after the impact has occurred, pushes the piston rod 2 back to the initial position. By this the damping medium flows back into the pressure chamber 7.

In 2015 the product name was changed. The old product name was Castrol Vitamol 4004. Hydraulic oil description Castrol Hyspin 4004 (previous product name Castrol Vitamol 4004) is a hydraulic oil with outstanding performance. The special combination of additives improves VI behavior, corrosion protection, pressure absorption capacity and aging protection. Application The low-viscosity Castrol Hyspin 4004 has proven itself excellently when used in shock absorbers and is suitable for all hydraulic systems that require extremely precise control even with large temperature fluctuations, such as hydraulic elevators, water industry hydraulics, ship auxiliary machines, NC-controlled machine tools and those with copying devices .

Castrol Anvol PE 46 B (07.09.2020) Flame-retardant hydraulic fluid Description The flame-retardant hydraulic fluid Castrol Anvol PE 46 B is based on defined, hydrolytically stable phosphoric acid esters. Castrol Anvol PE 46 B is a hydraulic fluid to be labeled as HFD 46 in accordance with DIN 51 502 or as HFDR 46 in accordance with ISO 6743-4 . Castrol Anvol PE 46 B complies with VDMA standard sheet 24 317 "Guidelines for flame-retardant hydraulic fluids" (type HFDR). The liquid is PCB-free. Application Castrol Anvol PE 46 B is preferably used as a hydraulic fluid in electro-hydraulic control systems of steam turbines. It was developed specifically for this purpose. Used as a circulation lubricant, Castrol Anvol PE 46 B is suitable for bearing lubrication of steam and gas turbines, provided they are designed for this group of materials, and it is used as a hydraulic fluid in industrial hydraulics that work in fire-hazardous environments.

Our new P 350 test bench unifies our years of experience with your advanced requirements for special hose equipment. The extra-large test chamber gives you the space you need for your challenge. Pallets with hoses as well as large, heavy hose coils can be easily supplied to the chamber by forklift. Hose samples are connected easily with adapter hose and quick connection to pressure ports. The P 350 comes with a number of standard features such as internal lighting and a portable power aggregate, and caters to individual test logging.
