For our customers in the automotive and housing industry, we produce deep-drawn stainless steel pots with an integrated axle as a monobloc component. These are used in water pumps for electric vehicles. Our customer from the automotive industry needs pots with an integrated axle that holds a rotor. Up to now, the pot and axle have been joined in a centred manner by means of welding. The customer's wish was to produce a one-piece component to avoid welding. Deep drawing is the ideal technology for this. The size of the component required larger presses than were previously available. Therefore, we first developed tools as prototypes for larger presses on behalf of the customer. After practical tests at the customer's premises as well as at the end customer's, our client decided on a tool that was ideally suited for the production of the component in series.

STOL®76 is a precipitation hardened CuNiSi alloy for applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics industries. aluCASE is a modern aluminium enclosure for industrial electronics. It consists of high-quality die-cast aluminium and is very versatile. Whether in the line of sight on a wall or for mechanical engineering. The enclosure is equipped with a recess to accommodate membrane keypads or front plates as standard. Two models are available with a transparent lid, most dimensions can be supplied with integrated lid support. Fastening threads for internal mounting are integrated into the bottom and lid of the enclosure. For additional aesthetic appeal, the screw channels can be supplied with plastic or aluminium covers. Access safeguard with an insert lock is also an option. The enclosure can be attached without having to be opened, meaning your electronics remain protected. aluDISC is the first round aluminium enclosure for industrial electronics and electronic components. The unique shape integrates perfectly into industrial machinery and piping systems. Whether fitted to the wall, integrated into a pipe system or a machine body – the round shape always makes a good impression. The lid already has a recess to accommodate membrane keypads or a front plate. A version with a fold-out, transparent lid with ingress protection IP 65 is also available. BIEGLO offers PEEK micro-mold parts up to 12mm in the largest dimension. Our smallest part to date is roughly 800µm x 300µm x 380µm and the thin wall section near 0.1mm. PEEK micro-mold parts must have a gate and ejection location consideration and the material selection can greatly affect the fill and definition of features.
